I got it quick and I'm happy with the product !

Awesome a great site for us smokers😁.

The battery i ordered came in a package and i recieved it a day later then what i paid for. The battery itself seems to not work at all the button will glow when i have it on the charger but the battery will not turn on even after charging it all night.

Fast shipping and a great product as advertised! No complaints here, will shop here again "fo sho" (for sure).

Original: Unfortunately after a few weeks my pen never came and USPS stopped tracking my order 2 weeks ago.

Edit: However, not long after my original review, customer service promptly contacted me and were able to ship me a new pen. They were extremely helpful in getting this situation resolved so I highly recommend using them, seeing how helpful they were.

I'm assuming this was a one-time shipping glitch, since the other 3 pens I ordered had no issue. I will continue to order from them in the future.

Products are very well made sturdy and of high quality especially for the price (even the USB cord and that's rare). To note I ordered online and mistyped my address, they emailed me and fixed it promptly.
Real, good working, fast customer service is a rarity so thank you.

The unit was advertised as (paraphrasing) "it will not dry out your flower" which it does. It is probably fine for turning your kief into a more potent substance but it might be too dry to do anything with it. It also advertised it concentrated (again paraphrasing) the effects. Also not to any degree worth noting if you're smoking flower because the temperature range of the 'glow' does virtually the same amount of decarboxylation. Over priced piece of electronics.
