Abysmal

Abysmal. No wash facilities of any kind. Menacing after dark. Please avoid if you are a lone woman.

Texaco on Kingsway - excellent service

Texaco on Kingsway, Burnage, Manchester. Excellent service. The man behind the counter got someone to take over serving whilst he came out and showed me how to use the air pump for my tyre pressure. I couldn’t have asked for better assistance!

Texaco Ellesmere Port

Texaco Ellesmere Port
Ringing the bell to be served an was ignored by a chap who thinks playing with blue roll is more of a priority than making texaco money.
Drove to another garage around the corner and handed the worker a wonker golden ticket for being ready to serve from the get go.

Texaco Petrol Station

Texaco Petrol Station. Awful Service Rude, how on earth these guys where given customer service shops.
Mark house Road. Question I’ve put money into your air pump system, It doesn’t seem to responding. Answer from both not our problem, we don’t know. Not your problem, then gives some crap reason, there was a sign not working day before and someone took it away we don’t have time to check the station ground. Ask for contact details for fault as I’ve lost my money. Hear them we don’t care not our business literally. Texaco I want answers to the 2 Asian men behind counter believe one call sunname and the next older man with white hair. Also a next rude one coming onto shift.

Atherton road hindley Wigan Texaco…

Atherton road hindley Wigan Texaco garage
Meant to be 24hours the staff lock the doors daily and hide in the back ten minutes at a time every day so you can't get fuel for essential journeys or work thought they meant to provide a service this has happened about 10 times in the last week

Chichester west bound seem unable to wear masks, even when handling hot food.
All customers get the message but the staff
Excluding one pay no attention to social distancing and the need to protect their customers.
You have lost my custom.

Cannot fault Texaco in Whaplode, Lincs

The friendliest staff at Texaco in Whaplode. I have never had any problems and get my petrol vouchers every time I request them. Thank you for all of your hard work and brilliant customer service over the years.

Contaminated fuel. Avoid if possible!!!!

Filled 2 cars with a diesel at Texaco at Gorslas Service Station with contaminated fuel. Both cars stopped running within 30 min.
Texaco customer service and Gorslas Service Station owners refusing to take any responsibility saying that there is nothing wrong with their fuel!!!
But 2 cars stopped running at the same time after filled full tanks at their garage. That would be very close coincidence. 🤔

This petrol station changed my life.i…

This petrol station changed my life.i used to suffer from spontaneous and violent bouts of emptying my bowels whenever i would see a petrol tanker.
this would drastically affect my life when picking up my children from school and a tanker pass us on the motorway. obviously at first i would try and blame the children for the horrendous stench.this all changed one day when i visited your fine establishment. i was nervous as i feared an imminent petrol delivery, and the nice man behind the counter called out to me sensing my discomfort and offered me candy and took me to his private office where i was giving a nice hot drink, I must have been tired as i fell asleep, i had an amazing dream where i went skiing and when i woke up he had covered me with a blanket and was spooning me with exquisite tenderness. now whenever i see a tanker instead of violently pooping everywhere, i think back to that tender moment.

A complete waste of time saving these points, especially when your paying over the odds in the first place.
I had over 8000 points just to lose them after taken out a Fuelcard and not being able to swipe for a year.
Am so annoyed am going to cancel the Fuelcard and will never use any of their stations again!!!
Big hint if you use this card read the terms and conditions.

Why is there such a variation on price…

Why is there such a variation on price for supreme diesel, one local garage is charging 1.42 per litre in Southwater and another in Haywards Heath are charging 1.34 per litre both are in a rural area and both are co op garages so why are we being ripped off because that’s what it is, one charged 7p per litre the other 10 per litre more, surely texaco should be encouraging the use of a better fuel

Wouldn't allow me to pay for my gas

The manager at 6 p.m. Mon., Aug. 6 refused to let me prepay for my gas (I had accidentally put in the wrong ZIP code). It doesn't get worse than that. My gas light was also on.
It was clear that another associate wanted to do what the staff is supposed to do; she said that this young woman, as her manager, did not allow her to. There is a good manager in waiting at this location. It's just not the current one.
She also insisted that I pay for popcorn after I learned it was not EBT-qualified. I'm rather certain she cannot require that.
Gas station managers ought to be knowledgeable to the level of their job, let alone actually let customers give Texaco revenue.
