Received initial quote & hours later jacked up price

I received a quote for a tow and set up time and gave them my credit card info. Almost 20 mins before tow was set to arrive I received a call saying the quote would be $175 dollars more & did I want to cancel. No I wanted - NEEDED A TOW at the price quoted. They assured me they didn't charge my card to which I replied I certainly hope not since the verbal agreement was broken. Would not recommend wasting hours of your time.
