DO NOT USE. Go to someone else.

Unfortunately, my experience with Texas Driving School's online defensive driving course was very disappointing. While working through the course, my account became stuck on one of the modules and would not allow me to continue. As a result, I lost the progress I had already completed.

Because there was no customer support available over the weekend, I was unable to get assistance before my deadline. I ultimately had to purchase and complete a different defensive driving course to meet the required timeframe.

I found the technical issues and lack of timely support to be very frustrating. Based on this experience, I would not use this course again or recommend it to others
