Links not working - no response from textbook.dad
I have ordered a textbook pdf from this site last semester and had a great experience but I have not had the same luck this semester.
I ordered my textbook and 2 of the links come up with a google page error and the 3rd link is to a Dropbox word document that is definitely not the textbook...
I have emailed their customer service three times on three different days and have not heard anything back.
Really hoping someone reaches out so I can get the book so I don't have to dispute the charge and report.
Classes have started and I have reading due so this is certainly not ideal - I am thinking Chegg would have been a safer bet.

It is a legit ebook online store with great customer service. My request was answered within a few hours and purchasing an ebook with visa credit card payment was also fine. Alternative you can pay via PayPal after sending a request to the customer service.
I could download the ebook on the website right after purchase. It went all fine. Thank you.

I appreciated the book's price, the download speed, and the customer service. I initially had a problem getting my PDF reader app to accept the textbook, but shortly after my emotionally charged email, they sent me a different version that worked. I will buy from here again!
