0 stars actually

0 stars actually. There is no way to cancel your account once you open one. They're going to charge your card every year. There is a phone number (877-2409-ELF) but that is only a recording saying Santa is too busy to take your call goodbye. What a joke!

Try other sites

Try other sites. Stay away from this one. There's no way to review the messages before they are sent. You can send some messages yourself through the website but you can't see the child's response without having to go through their phone. Some of the generic texts really took away an element of surprise or felt so robotic. The pictures you could tell some were probably AI generated. Unfortunately, the texts eventually made our daughter begin to question the existence of Santa. We ended up having to have the hard talk about Santa. So that's it. My kid doesn't believe in Santa anymore. I was already beginning to become dissatisfied with the site before that but this sealed the deal. Also, no customer service so there is no way to get a refund.
