First of all, my billing address was changed after the transaction was made even though I put the right one down. Emailed Tezenis to inform them of the issue but got no reply. Took ages for them to dispatch my order just to send it to the wrong address, Hermes then sent the parcel back to Tezenis and told me to contact the retailer. Emailed them so many times but have yet to receive a response and it's been nearly a month since i placed my order. I dont even want the items anymore. My order number is 43567441 and i would like my refund please.

My experience with Tezenis has been appalling. My order was sent to the incorrect address on 9th December due to a mistake by the company and I still have no confirmation of my refund. I understand this is a busy time for customer service departments however the lack of care I've received is simply unacceptable.

I've spent hours trying to contact advisors through phone, email and online chat countless times and had no response. I finally got though to someone by phone who assured me I'd receive an email regarding my issue and as expected this has not happened.

EDIT: NO CONTACT FROM TEZENIS DESPITE BELOW PROMISES.

Edit after 1 week of Tezenis wrote below reply:
No one contacted me, no email, no phone call. They just copied pasted the same reply to everyone and that was all. Be careful, stay away from this brand..

I gave an order from tezenis online shopping on 28th of September, 2020 and I have not received anything from this order (order id 41976963). I only got one email from them regarding this purchase saying my order was being dispatched on 29th of September, but nothing more. None of the links from the order email works at all, so I have no chance to track it. I created a ticket for this order on 29th of November 2020 from their website, and they haven’t replied me back at all. They are acting like a scam, they got the money and became completely silent afterwards without any delivery. I wish I had read the reviews here before buying anything from them. Never ever again!

I have ordered on tezenis.com. Yes, due to the actual situation, the order had a litlle delay. But the items arrived, and I have to say that they are high quality, from the material perspective, they are also well sewn. They are high quality items. I have orders some basic tops with cotton. I am very very satisfied with the quality of the items I have ordered. I honestly dont care about the delay Was worth waiting. Congratulations.

Update to my review: nobody ever contacted me and I am still waiting for a refund.
They keep saying they will contact me but they don’t. This site is a scam.

Zero stars! I placed an order, they cancelled it 20 days after and they kept my money :) WORST COMPANY EVER!

This is an update to my review. Putting this here because it might help others get in touch with the company. My earlier review mentioned I'd been unable to get in touch with customer service. I had zero luck getting through via website, phone, email - but then I sent them a message on FB messenger and they did respond.

I placed my order on 27/11. It was dispatched on 12/12. Out for delivery on 18/12. Delivered on 19/12 after one failed delivery attempt.

Delays due to volume of orders received over Black Friday is understandable, particularly in the midst of a global pandemic.It is the lack of communication that is unnerving.

A notice on the website explaining this and letting customers know the lead time for orders would be a good idea.

I've never bought from the website before and love their products and this was more hassle than I want when I place an order online - but they did get back to me when I messaged them via FB messenger. Generally the next day. So if you're having no luck getting in touch in other ways, try that.

This is my second review - where is my item that I on December 11th 2020??

This is the second time I am writing a review. Company told me they would contact me and they didn't. It's been almost a month and my order is still under process. I sent them an e-mail requesting to cancel the order and they didn't. This is so unacceptable, I want my money back!!!!!!!!

Still not received no response via email or telephone. Had to pay pal claim very poor indeed.
Avoid this seller at all costs

I tried to contact tezenis regarding sizes as it was my first time purchasing, but the live chat queue never seemed to move, no email reply, and no phone answer. (I had received an answer to my original email two weeks later). I decided to order one of each size (2nd Dec). Fair enough it was around Black Friday and cyber Monday so I was more forgiving with the dispatch/shipping times. I called them up a week after ordering, first time no answer but second time I got through to a rather unhappy sounding man. It didn’t sound like he knew any more than I did about the status of my order as he read out ‘pre-transit’ from the same link I got sent to track my order. He told me it would be dispatched this week. I got the dispatch email 3 days later, saying it would be with me in 48 working hours. 24hrs after the email and the tracking still said ‘pre-transit’. 48 working hours after the dispatch email and still ‘pre-transit’. Finally got an email from Hermes saying they’ve got my parcel and it’s in transit (20th Dec), and it arrived on the 21st.

The worst part is I have to go through all of this again as that was only to figure out my size 😩

Tezenis contacted me following my review on 23.11.20 and this evening I’ve had a refund to my PayPal account. I’m pleased with the bra we kept, but their customer service and returns procedure needs a major overhaul.

Similar experience to other people. Ordered online - they managed to get my house number wrong... no way of contact... emailed 3 times... nothing.
Useless customer service! In the meantime courier tried to deliver to wrong address! Do not buy online from this company! Will share on other sites!

I ordered something on the 27th of November and I still haven’t received it. I cannot track the order, tracking number not working. I called, no one knows anything. I emailed, no one replied. I called my bank and told them it’s fraud. This company is a scam!!!!

I orderd in 29th of November and the parcel has never been shipped. The customer service phone number is always,,busy", they say will call you back but never did. My order number is 43340443 and to be onest if doesn't arrive before Christmas, i want my money back.

I ordered last week and I tried to contact them multiple times via email, phone and message in the customer service due to a mistake but no reply has been given and the phone number does not work (eventhough I called during the available hours.) My order number is 4371682. I request inmidiate responde before taking further action but this customer service is unnaceptable

If I read the reviews earlier, I never ordered online. My order of 26th November has never been shipped, non reply from customer service. They have just taken my money for nothing!!!! Awful experience, avoid to buy online, you will just waste time and money !!!!!!
