My order took weeks to be shipped. I requested a refund that I'm still waiting for. I contacted their CS and the answer is always the same: "We need to forward your case to the competent department, and we shall contact you as soon as we receive an answer.
Please take into consideration that it might take a few days to resolve the matter.". It's been almost 2 months now.

I feel compelled to write a review having almost been put off using their website due to all of the recent negative reviews. I bought my daughter some Tezenis bras via Next recently, but when I tried to order more they were out of stock with Next. I decided that the quality of the items was great, the price very reasonable so I ignored the negative reviews and ordered some via the Tezenis website. They have just arrived (around a week earlier than expected), beautifully packaged in recyclable paper. Yes, the initial email from Tezenis was confusing as Hermes received my parcel later than the email suggested, however I ignored that (thanks to the negative reviews!) and waited and am really glad I did. Would happily order from Tezenis online again.

Absolutely ridiculous CS. I've been trying to find out the UK mobile number but seems to be it doesn't exist. The Chat didn't work.
The parcel did not came, however I've been noticed about delivery.

Terrible customer service. The tracking details on my order are incorrect and I still haven’t received my order, have contacted customer service 2x - first they told me to contact UPS without any tracking or reference details and the second time they closed the enquiry without even replying. I don’t recommend shopping in their online store… if you need any help you will not receive it

Edit, December 20th: I was still not contacted back despite them saying they would contact me, as you can see in their reply, and despite having again sent them an email. Useless, absolutely useless customer service.

Edit: two months later finally got my refund for what i requested. Giving them a two instead of one at least for this.

Don't fool yourself, they have no idea what a customer service is! They do not know the basic rules of marketing, they do not know how to keep a customer and rather than refund you €10 they prefer to lose it. Ridiculous. They should learn from their American competitors!!

Worst customer service I experienced.My order was not delivered. I checked tracking and it said that logistic company didn't receive the package. I informed CS and was told everything is OK. After another week wait I wrote again and was ignored. Ticket was closed as solved. After 2 more complaints I'm getting the refund but for some mysterious reason not the full amount.

I have been a loyal customer of Tezenis for years but I will never shop from them again because their customer service is utterly appalling! I made a big online order at the weekend, and paid a premium price for the fastest delivery. Unfortunately, their disgraceful UPS delivery lady left my parcel unattended in the unsupervised lobby of my apartment block, after failing to deliver the parcel to the safe place that was indicated by me. Needless to say the parcel was lost/stolen. The whole situation has been considerably worsened by the fact that there is no way to contact the customer service team at Tezenis, and there is no way to receive adequate help and support from them! It's extremely disappointing! I will never shop from Tezenis or Calzedonia again.

I cant believe they dont do A cup bras. Such a shame, was so disappointed to see how beautiful their bras are, and their models have the smallest boobs on their listings but sizes start from B cup, honestly so disappointed...

Shipping is not the quickest, but not too long.

After reading the reviews I was a bit nervous regarding this company. I was pleasantly surprised when the item arrived. The bikini bottoms are really good quality and really well made. Packaging is all recyclable with no plastic in sight! Well done!! The reason I’ve given 4 stars instead of 5 is because the delivery was a bit slow. It took ten days to arrive but I suspect that Brexit has a lot to do with it as the items are dispatched from Europe and therefore take a bit longer. The communication was really good and I really have no complaints. I would recommend this company to my friends.

I bought two of the same top as never shopped there before and didn’t know sizing. I sent one back about four weeks ago and have contacted them twice about my refund. They now say it’s in the warehouse and they are ‘awaiting managers approval’. I’m not holding my breath and won’t shop there again. Very poor customer service.

I like the products but after the last experience with online shopping I will never buy from TEZENIS again.
Even one point is to high for this company.
Ordered a few lingerie sets and some other items.
Waited for 2 weeks since they announced there may be delaying in transportation.
Then I received an e-mail that the order has been shipped back.
I tried to chat on the website, USELESS. I wrote e-mails to which they also did not respond. I called a couple of times since this was the only way to get in touch with someone. Awful service, unprofessional workers.
They offered a 10% discount for the next order. The items I've selected had a 50% discount.
And I am still waiting for my refund.
The customer service is on the lowest level.
Do not recommend at all.

I have had 2 terrible experiences with this company now. One for an order that didn’t show up in October - I emailed several times to ask where it was and I received a standard email saying they were too busy to respond. I then had to take it up with my bank to get my money back.
I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again last week, as I like their products. A week on and the courier page says it hasn’t received my package to send on to me.
I am so annoyed with this company. I don’t care about how much I like the products. They have stolen from me again and once again, I have had radio silence from them. Disgusting.

I ordered three pairs of underwear from the website. I received an email that my ordered had been dispatched but I tried to track it and it was nowhere to be found. After contacting costumer service, they told me that there's been a mistake with the courier service and my parcel didn't have the tracking number so I can see its journey. I finally got it with a bit of a delay. Then I had to return two of the pieces and it was very confusing. I filed the return online and then they gave me a slip I had to print but there was no information about the courier service or how I can return it. I contacted costumer service again, and although there were two return stickers in the original package, they told me I couldn't use those. Then they explained that I had to go on the courier service website and create a return there too.
I also could not track my return or see my products on my account, which is also confusing.
The quality of the underwear was good and I liked them, but the delivery experience was not the best.
