At last the 110 bus is back to normal

At last the 110 bus is travelling in both directions on Sandycombe road. It has been awful for people like me who rely on the bus to get to Richmond to have to walk to the no. 65. I have mechanical knees. Another lady I know is on chemo and for her it has been a nightmare. I was so thrilled to at last see the 110 travel in both directions

Can someone please tell me why are we…

Can someone please tell me why are we paying more for a worst service that seems to decline year by year? You shouldn't charge such a high amount when the trains barely works and they now stops once every 20min. What a disappointing service, it has now been going for over a year.

Money grabbing waste of space

Wastes of space. Took friend to Gatwick airport from midlands, I don't know the area, Google said I wasn't in the zones. Ended up in the zone, didn't get a notification to say I entered the zone and forced to pay a penalty fee for something I wasn't even aware of. Rubbish government scheme as always just there to make money as if the taxes aren't enough already

England v Brazil

Hi.

I am not a commuter however recently went to England V Brazil at Wembley. Everyone is far too quick to complain but I’d just like to state that TFL (& Met police) nailed it. Leaving Wembley with an 8yo was a little nervy but all authorities were fantastic and TFL was amazing. Home within 1hr 20 to Bedford. Shake my son’s 1st experience of an international was marred by drugged up, pissd up racist ‘fans’ directly in the front of us. We were H BLOCK 140, ROW 9, SEAT 203 & 204.
As I said, it was an International Friendly: England v Brazil Saturday, 23 March 2024 19:00. NOT A SINGLE FAULT OF THE RESELLER, THL or external services but marred the night, especially when the internal Wembley services admitted they knew of him and had issues in the past

They don't even deserve 1 star

They don't even deserve 1 star. I've never seen words, tf and the uk government is happy to take hard working peoples tax, but you as a person do not matter to them. From dlr to jubilee line closures on vital routes for hard working. How do they expect people to travel to work. If all the lines keep getting closed or delayed.

I pray everyone will start driving and boycott and abandon TFL.

Charged me twice for the same journey…

Charged me twice for the same journey and refused to give me my money back. Tfl needs to get there head out of their ass and realise they are a publicly owned company and actually work for the public instrad of stealing money from people. I will actively encourage people to fare evade from now on

Without question the worst customer…

Without question the worst customer experience over 2 days I've ever had. The website is totally disjointed. It tells you to make auto top up payments without any link to do so. I phoned customer services who you could barely hear; they would transfer me to departments who had no idea what to do; I have phoned approx 10 times in 2 days. The last person was the most unprofessional customer service adviser ever. They asked me to key payment details into my phone without any assurance about the process, confirmation that I would receive a receipt or anything. Whether I get a replacement card is anyone's guess. not only that, but most of the staff were rude, unprofessional, and sounded thoroughly fed up. If TfL cared they would do something about it, but sadly they don't. Shockingly bad.

TFL worst ever service & total criminals

I would like to give 0 stars but that's not an option. TFL is 1 of the worst companies, all they want to do is charge ridiculous high prices to travel just making them even richer, whilst robbing their customers who have no choice but to use the services. I was using an oyster card to travel and unfortunately it stopped working, I called for either a refund of my money or transfer the funds onto a new card, now this supposedly can't be done without registering for an account. Why does everyone want you to register your information, its my information & I don't want to register, it should be simple to refund my money, not with these criminals as they have now stolen my money are TFL not rich enough that they have to resort to robbing people

A total disgrace

A total disgrace. Have spent an hour trying to pay ulez and the stupid bot couldn't understand the number plate - 6 times I attempted it. went online and its down for maintenance. A laughing joke of an organisation. Can't even get the basics right but I'm sure the PCN for non payment will arrive swiftly.

Would give TFL 0 stars if I could

TFL are rotten to the core. Their ethos is to fleece decent hard working people of money by making it almost impossible to deal with them - and what sort of organisation puts ULEZ cameras at the Royal Marsden to fleece visitors who are out of the area of £90? Disgusting behaviour. They deliberately lie in their responses to FoIs, even to MPs, and evade answering the real questions relating to ULEZ (e.g. total cost of repair to damaged cameras) by giving totally misleading and dishonest answers (when they feel like responding and aren’t hiding behind the ICO). A wholesale change in management is need to change this so there’s transparency about where all the money goes that has been misspent. Hopefully when Khan gets the boot the new mayor will make TfLs mismanagement public knowledge and root out the rottenness pervading TFL.
