I ordered 2 fall wreaths on 8/23 24 and 30 DAYS later they sent product I didn’t order not even close to what they advertised and refused to give me a full refund . They said I could give the product away for a partial refund . DO NOT ORDER from this company . You will not be satisfied

I ordered their V-neck Bohemian Dress. it is 100% polyester, very very badly made and very poor quality and none of the buttons do up as the button holes are too small. I have asked for a refund but haven't yet heard back

Ordered Mom Shoes from Tfshe. I always get women's 10.5 US and these where way too small. Also, they didn't match the picture in the photo on the web site. The photo had a solid back, these had a strap like a sandal. Also appeared very cheap. Emailed them for a refund and after 12 days and a follow-up email, they got back to me and want me to send them back to China at my expense for what they call a partial refund. They actually suggested I give them to a friend.

In looking at the reviews after I had these problems with the order, I would have NEVER ordered. My credit card company is gong after them. You should contest any charges from them as well if you have had these problems, which it appears may people have.

I ordered bras that’s supposed to lift and not show any lines it was the worst ever I even ordered large it doesn’t even cover it looks like a child made then I would never recommend this site ever

Received Christmas wreath advertised as about 22 inches mine came in at 14 inches and the piece I saw had different bells on it. Very deceiving and I hate it. Tried to contact thru website and not able to contact them. They should not be in business

I ordered lovely off-white suede snow ankle boots for almost €50. Waited excitedly for over 3 weeks until they arrived. What arrived and what I ordered are two very different things. I got cream plastic boots and nothing like the photo. I've emailed their support email twice but got no response and am emailing them again today and copying their info email address.I don't know what to do about getting a refund because I'm not going to pay charges back to China especially to a company that won't reply to my emails. Update 16.10.2023 the company emailed apologising for no response, they were on vacation. Said they'll send the correct boots and no need to return the wrong ones. I'll wait to see if they actually arrive.

Just a dishonest company, Use a photo from America of a beautiful Christmas decoration and then send you absolute rubbish. Won’t even acknowledge my emails or refund my money…. Contacting my bank now …. For a fraudulent purchase

Ordered a Christmas wreath. It was definitely not as advertised. Much smaller in every way. Size, bells, pine cones. Very dissatisfied.

I ordered wide leg pants, the first one was what I expected. I ordered 2 other colors and they where not wide legged nor the quality the first one was. I contacted there support email but they have NOT responded to my email. This not exceptable customer service. Do NOT order things from this company!

I ordered a drone from this company and I have not received any information on it, yet when I checked my bank account, the cost was taken and now the company say my password and email information was not the same. This is not good customer service.
