Great experience
I have had an issue with leaking pipe and lack of hot water as result. Michael looked and it and found an issue straight away. Then his team arrived a couple of days later and fix the issue. Great communication, honest pricing and really nice engineers. Highly recommended.

Installation of new gas boiler
i found Michael and his team to be very professional and very efficient arrived smack on time i was given. Nothing was to much bother and cleaned up after they had finished. 2 days after install of new boiler had a small problem phoned Michael and he came straight round. there was no problem it was me pushing the wrong button. definitely 5 star.

The quote was very prompt and information transparent from the start. It was good to have a written statement of procedure and what was included in the service. The quote was the lowest I had received but certainly the most honest and punctual and I couldn’t have asked for better service, the bonus being a good Worcester boiler.

Excellent, supportive service
A really excellent service from a friendly and knowledgeable team. We were really on the fence about getting our old system boiler replaced like for like or changing it up to a combi boiler. Michael was approachable and patient with us as he discussed the pros and cons and enabled us to make an informed decision. We have been so impressed with how quickly he's got back to us with all our various questions and the work he and his team undertook was efficient and cost effective. He left the house tidy and took the time to explain everything we needed to know and even agreed for me to film this mini tutorial for future reference! We would highly recommend this company and are signing ourselves up to their service care plan as it's great to know we are with someone we fully trust.

New boiler installation
We recently had Michael out to give us a quote for a new boiler as our old one was 15 years old, he arrived on time supplied us with a quote which was very reasonable and within a week Michael arrived and fitted our new boiler. He made sure he’s work area was clean and tidy and we was happy with everything before he left, I would highly recommend if your looking for a gas engineer that you give this company a call, you will not be disappointed with the quality of work they provide.

Highly recommended for air conditioning around Chislehurst
We had an excellent experience with this company. We wanted a single air conditioning unit installed in our bedroom for summer and were considering the national installer BOXT but thought we would check out local options as well. Very glad we did as Thames Gas were priced more competitively and the quote/order process was extremely efficient (I was even able to pay with AMEX for no extra charge which I prefer to a bank transfer for added peace of mind). We are so pleased with the result we will be ordering an additional installation for our lounge. Highly recommended.
