i got a quote in the mail but then when i talked to someone the quote was higher and I still have to wait for someone to come inspect the house and it may go higher.

The best thing was being in contact with Ron Ramos, who I consider my Agent. He found the best coverage that I could afford and gave me suggestions to consider while I decided which policy to purchase.
He guided me very patiently, expressing concern for my need and I felt at ease knowing and trusting him with my families need.

Bad customer service. This company is not very honest and forthcoming, all they want is to make a sale. They would not provide any details of my home insurance quote except the price unless I commit to buy.

Your Insurance agent was very knowledgeable and client ready to serve. Our old insurance provider had taken us for granted for years by just increasing our rates just because. An average hard working home owner does not have the time to read all the legal jargon pertaining to coverages on the policy. Especially when your mortgage handles it for you in every renewal date.(all you want is coverage)
We had past legitimate claims filed with them but was no help to us at all. (almost like pulling teeth) Future Home Owners insurance buyers beware of other providers who really don’t care about you they just want your money; They don’t even try to inform or educate the customers before about filing a claim. (My agent was very helpful in explaining to me about the 1% and 2% deductible that comes out of your pocket) The average customer does not know about the cost of repairs. The number of claims filed hurts a customer when filing them. Primary reasons are because of lack of knowledge in filing them. And the steady increases of building materials and labor involved are a factor. Owning a home for 30 plus years you’re going to have several claims to file during those years. But being wise and educated on how to file is very useful. Thank you agent very much for the intel.

My home insurance policy had increased substantially and I needed to shop insurance. Yvonne Guillen found a company with a premium even lower than what I was paying prior to the increase. Really appreciated that.
