Excellent service, this is the 2nd year we have used Adam Penn to obtain our visas for Thailand.

Adam's knowledge and excellent communication skills are second too none. Nothing is too small an issue for him to resolve, he help me with the impossible paper work through the covid issues.

My pet hate with service delivery is lack of engagement and communication but with Adam he ticked every single box. He kept me informed all through the Visa process, he managed my expectations and carried me along each step of the way.
