In any walk of life you get a mixture of people. Yes, there are some scammers on this site but unless you are stupid, you can recognize them. The majority that I have found seems to be honest women, looking for a long term relationship. Many of them are in the country so be prepared for a drastic change of lifestle if you hook up with one.

I have been on ThaiFriendly for 3 days and I am absolutely bogged down and inundated with Freelancers, Bar girls, Hookers, Beach walkers Massage parlour girls ......thousands of em !

I first signed up to Thaifriendly about 5 years ago. It was not a phone app at that time and the site was just great. Lots of lovely ladies and very easy to navigate profiles. Yes there are ladyboy and prostitute and scammers but you soon get wise to this.
However the site has changed for the worse since the app has been released.

Not a good app everything cost money and you can hardly have any contact with people without having to pay for a subscription . Plus the lay out is pretty afwul and not easy to browse threw.

3) if you do engage with them and nothing triggers any warnings frequency of contact is key, if genuine you will be messaged often (people in thailand are always on their phones) if not it generally means they likey have a string of men on the go and you will likely only hear from them when they want somthing from you.
4) the family connection when living there meeting a thai ladies family is a big deal and implies they like you, if you speak to them on the phone not so much, this means they will see you as a means of funding their lifestyle too so you may not be speaking to family but friends in an elaborate web of deceit or actual family members in on maximising the funds they can get from you, they need air con for the family, x family is very ill etc

Good site but there are too many so called 'popular girls' on there so you can't even have a look at their profiles, let alone texting them. Ridiculous. I got a feeling that it's done on purpose (I mean they make them girls 'popular' too easily) to make you want to buy a premium membership.

Without your photo you can not do much nothing. Even if you paid for "premium member". Messages and interests are blocked, they want you photo (real or fake).

Compared to other scam dating sites this actually seems honest and worth a subscription. Some very very attractive ladies on here searchable by area (eg 15km from Bangkok), height, weight, age, english ability etc. Mixure of sex workers and a lot of honest ladies looking for friendship maybe more. Once subscribed, no extra costs for messaging.

Fully agree with DV's comments , in all the years i live here "14" i have not dated one single girl freelance or not through TF or in true life . I have however found a small number of pleasant trustworthy freelance LB's with whom i remain in contact . You have to be perseverant or else you wont get anywhere .
