a an agency called Dynasty, working under Dot Properties, were so incompetent that they could not get anything done, and it took 5 days past my move-in date to finally get internet installed....the owner of Dynasty is a brainless, clueless, spineless thieving lying pile of pig vomit trash....and they work under the Dot umbrella, so they are complicit......
Service is so Bad that i will never recommend to someone. It was a very simple house that I wanted to visit. 2 days later the agent calls me to tell me that this property has been gone for a long time. The update is so lousy.
The site looks nice and has a nice flow. So I spent hours looking through this website reaching out about properties. Every single house I inquired about (almost 20 I think) were already rented out before I inquired.
I finally got so frustrated with the dead leads that this site provides, that I started to suggest to the agents that they update the sites that advertise on.
This website is a waste of time. Looks nice but you will get nowhere. One agent even met us to show us a house and when we arrived it wasn't even the house that was shown in the advertisement.
Two thumbs down. I would suggest moving on the the next link that Google provides and save yourself the hassle of reading "Sorry this house has already been rented" to every inquiry you spend time sending.
