Most of the time they do not have what you need. They have the same item but only the colors or models nobody wants. The one everybody is looking for , most of the time they do not have. Many times a useless trip there....Staff is unprofessional. does not know what they sell or what products actually are. The give bad information and read of internet, what i can do myself. Usually i am better of , cheaper and quicker going for it myself or buying in local small stores.

I often go to the Thalang branch and same thing staff standing around on phones constantly talking but not assisting customers

I went today and showed two girls in the garden section a picture of garden bags I required and both seemed bothered I asked for assistance and then said We don't have - I then went to another girl she then took be to another group of 5 staff standing around doing nothing but the minute I asked one got on his phone so I told him how rude he was ignoring me the only one out of all those staff was very helpful and took me straight over to the bags I wanted and had shown the two girls firstly - the bags were behind exactly where the two girls were but I find the staff here are lacking customer service training and skills and management seems lacking as I would say there is always something to do and perhaps training on the products they sell -

Went to Megan Home the other day and the service was outstanding and staff absolutely couldn't do enough - so Megan Home is where I recommend everyone go unless you're so desperate to have to go to Thaiwatsadu

Don't buy in that shop.
Thy have the most bad costumer service.
If you complain, they just say sorry, but don't do anything to make it up for you.
Buy a electric lawnmower, and they promised an extra battery,but they didn't have it on stock, but ordered it from factory.
At first they will change for delivery off the extra, but later they called and promised to send it with no charge.
We drive back and bought the machine, that was in a box.
Come home and put the machine together, but no battery in the box.
Called the shop, but no help here. Just sorry.
And now they saying that the battery they will send in about 2 weeks, is it.
Mony back? No
Never buying there again.

The Phuket store is a joke. They display products that they don't even sell. Staff were hopeless. Waste of time.

Warning. Thaiwatsadu is making fake webshop sale and do not pay back the money immidiately. Order nr 49909141
I was ordering an air conditioner at the webshop/JD central belonging to Thaiwatsadu. I was making the order and paid with debet card at the same moment. They confirm the order.
2 hours later they cancelled the order without reason and offer me to pay back my money in 45 days.

Why confirm a sale, they cancel after 2 hours ? Why do not pay back the money immidiately, when they make mistake about a sale ? Why shall I be bank in 45 days to Thaiwatsadu ? Why will Thaiwatsadu not pay back my money, so I can buy an air con another place ? Why will Thaiwatsadu not sale the air con, when it is still on the webshop, and it is still in stock (they write) ?

With this very bad buy experience I want to warn other people to buy online at Thaiwatsadu.
