A game I ordered had a set of stickers missing. The team sorted it out.

I purchased a game which had duplicated/missing pieces, and emailed the company to tell them. They responded same day giving me an update and when the new pieces were available they reached out and sent them out to me free of charge. All in all, very happy and makes me definitely more comfortable buying their products going forward.

Excellent service. I thought a game part was missing and the team resolved the problem very quickly indeed. I couldn’t ask for a better response.

Bought a game from an online retailer and the cards were damaged. I reached out to Thames and Kosmos and they sent replacement cards.

My child asked for a Gyroscope for Christmas 2024. We bought one from this company and it was immediately great fun getting it to balance on fingers etc. Both my children, now 9 and 11, still play with the gyroscope and the company sent us a replacement string when they got a knot in the original. Nearly a year on the gyroscope and box are still going strong. Great quality product and great customer service. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely awesome folks. Picked up one of their games, "The Gang", on the weekend and had an absolute blast.

Noticed there were a couple of expansions that were hard to track down. Shot them an email, they replied within minutes and sorted me out almost instantly. Can't recommend them enough. Thanks Nik!

I contacted Thames and Kosmos to ask if they sold spare stickers for Gecko run. Nik responded and said they do and gave me a link to purchase.

We purchased this item from Amazon for my 10 year old daughter for Advent/Christmas 2024 and we all loved it so much we purchased another Exit Advent calendar for this year (2025). As expected, some of the riddles were more difficult than others, but the way the clue book is laid out, you can reveal clues/hints as needed-just enough to give you a nudge to get through. We enjoyed the story written into the mystery and, for my husband and me especially, the nostalgia with the movies referenced. After completing the calendar, I wrote to Thames and Kosmos for the refill guide (EXCELLENT customer service, BTW - they got back to me the next day) and purchased small envelopes to hold the clue items in each window. I labeled each of the envelopes with the code on the widow. we made sure not to write on any of the materials and used a separate notebook for writing out clues where you do need paper and pen. This way, we can replay it with our younger daughter. I hope your family enjoys this mystery as much as ours did. We're super excited to play The Silent Storm this year.

We had an bit of a coffee incident with one of our games and Thames and Kosmos have been amazing at offering us replacements for the parts that took a dunking! So generous and such an easy process!

I purchased a board game from T&K at UK Board Game Expo this year. The staff at the stall were lovely.

Unfortunately I had an accident with some of the stickers that came with game. I contacted T&K for some replacement parts and they sent them out to me straight away.

Purchased the gecko deluxe run for my grandson (9) it has kept him entertained for hours , weekly . Great toy and fabulous service as a part was missing .new part was sent out within days .
