I had shut the front door and realised the keys were inside the house… not my house but my daughters!! With young grandchildren in the car it was a bit of a shock and we were all getting anxious as to how we’d get in later on. Luckily the first Locksmith to come up on my phone was Ian. Prompt polite service and very professional. Reassured me he could help and help he did. Bonus that they’re 24/7 Thank you again for coming to our rescue.

Wonderful service! He arrived in about half an hour and got me back into my flat in no time! Would recommend!

Thanet Locksmiths provided a fantastic service. We needed a lock repaired late on a Sunday afternoon and on phoning we had someone with us within an hour. Very reasonable price too

Immediate response from Ian of Thanet Locksmiths arrived within 30 minutes. Not one of his easiest jobs as the lock was broken not just a case of locking myself out. To cut a long story short, gained entry, replaced the lock as requested, tidied up. Excellent service thankyou

I locked myself out (again!). Thanet Locksmiths were there within 30 minutes and managed to pick through a difficult lock speedily. Very friendly and excellent service you can rely on.

We called Ian at Thanet Locksmiths on Friday evening as our patio doors were jammed shut. He arranged an emergency call out and even though he could free the doors that evening he can back the next morning and fixed them for us. A good price and a very reliable service.

Contacted Thanet Locksmiths as back door would not lock on Saturday evening, came out first thing on Sunday morning, unfortunately could not fix it as need a glazier but really helpful and did not charge- highly recommended- thank you

I had to have new locks fitted to a very old door. They came and took their measurements the same afternoon, rang me later that day to place the order, and were there at 8.30am the day after next to fit it. Brilliant service

I called Thanet Locksmiths after calling multiple numbers with nobody available. Ian attend within 30 minutes and immediately understood the issue and got to work. He tried his best to pick the lock without damaging it but when this proved impossible him managed to drill the lock and gain entry for me quickly. He then fitted a new lock with 3 keys and this was all after 6pm on a Saturday evening. Well priced and helpful all the way.

Ian at Thanet Locksmiths is the genuine article. A real local (emergency) locksmith, who is prompt (20 minutes), courteous and realistically priced (£120 for us - late on a Saturday night). Non destructive, too, so no locks to replace. Not to be confused with the cowboys /scammers out there. I 100% recommend Ian if you lock yourself out anywhere in Thanet!
