Is there a way to get a refund? I placed an order as a Christmas gift to my daughter for 12/2023 and still have not received. Is there somewhere to file a complaint against this person?

If I could give no star I would, my granddaughter wanted three items from this place for Christmas so I ordered them for her. That was in November 2023. I’m now on April 2024 still haven’t gotten the items can’t get a refund of almost $160 this place is a joke. Don’t waste your time. They don’t contact you back. This place is a ripoff

a 100% scam coco blake steals money from people, and completely wiped out her store front to get rid of the evidence. ordered something in august 2023 and its been 6 months. she doesnt care if you spam email her or go in her tik tok comments.

This company is just a scam. Take your money and never deliver your products or give you a refund. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

Ordered $80 sweats that my teen daughter wanted for Christmas and they never showed up, they stopped replying to messages, and never refunded my money.

absolutely HORRIBLE. all the way around, horrible. purchased 2 items november 20th 2023 and they never came it is now february 2nd 2024. they don’t respond to emails, they’re number is a private number and cannot be contacted and all of their socials are down. spent over $150 and never got my items. now they are saying no more orders can be placed. if you don’t have the time or materials to handle all the orders you received, don’t create a business!!!!

I would give this company less than one because to me it’s a scam. I ordered on December 8 , and my money was taken out of my American Express. I have tried to contact these people, and the number that’s listed on my American Express bill says that it’s a private number, not the company number, and no message would be received. I have written and emailed to these people four times, listing my order number and a picture of my actual order. I’ve received no response from thanks cowboy. I hope they shut this company down. It’s definitely a scam.
If I don’t receive my refund back within two weeks from today, I am reporting it to American Express and filing a complaint. No one should ever order from this company.

So her website now says no orders due third party payments lol the credit card processor has shut her down. I ordered 2 orders one came sweatpants but looks nothing like her images. Fabric totally different. Hoodie ordered Nov 15
And kept saying it was coming. Worthless POS!

This is a scam! Ordered items on November 23,2023 for Christmas! Items never delivered, but they charged my credit card! Beware! Don't do business with this scam site!

No product arrived. Was never refunded. But they made sure they took my $$. The website says you will receive a refund it’s been since 12/10/23. Scammers. Damn shame bc it was a Xmas gift for my child.

Ordered my item 11/24/2023 and still have not received. When I emailed customer service they told me every item is made to order and would take 4-8 weeks. Now when I email her I get no response.. I’m disputing the charge with my bank and filing a report. HUGE SCAM! Get a real job Chloe Fieldman and quit robbing people of their hard earned money they received from actually having a job. This gift was supposed to be for my daughter at Christmas, she was really looking forward to receiving it. Bummer.

A total scam. Do not purchase. 12 weeks later still waiting on item. Email messages from “customer service” are all robotic, generic, and inauthentic.

100% a scam. Still haven’t received an order placed on Nov. 3rd. If you reach out to the contact address, they make excuses. They’ll create a shipping label so you get a tracking #, then they won’t actually ship it. If you’ve ordered, you’ll do best to refute the charge with your credit card company. They claim “no refunds”, but that’s absolute BS. You can’t steal peoples money. A-holes.

Made an order in August, 2023. Months went by, no package. Reached out to customer service, who responded and told me the order was being filled and would be shipping out "soon." Soon never came. Emailed them again, they blocked my email address. Funny thing is the owner continues to plug her merch on socials and make videos of "come with me to mail out orders"

I would give this company zero stars if possible. No idea if this is a real operation or not but seems like a scam. I bought a sweatshirt for my daughter and never heard another word from the company. There is no contact information except an email address that doesn't appear to be monitored. Buyer beware!

SCAM!!!! Ordered on 11/12, no package, no communication despite multiple attempts. I was already nervous paying $130 for a swaetshirt but it was SUPPOSED to be my daughter's Christmas present.
FILE A REPORT with the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU TOO!!!!

Scam website/company - placed order in late November and haven't received my item and zero communication even though I've attempted to reach them several times. All you can do is leave negative feedback and warn others to stay away from this scam site.

I am concerned now that I am not going to receive my order after reading these reviews. I placed an order on 11/25/23. Has anyone successfully gotten their money back from this company after an order hasn’t been received? The company site says no refunds. How is that possible? If people never receive their order, is that even legal? Also, has this company been reported yet? Does anyone know?
