Reading all the other reviews I wish I had before I bought from them. They charged me for product sent me a worthless tracking number and refuse to refund my money after months of no product delivery. Yes it is a scam.

I paid over 35€ nine weeks ago and have not received the products, nor any reply through the gmail address which appeared after ordering.
I tried to file a complaint through FB but that appears to be a dead end as well.
Scam! But you do not know that until long after you have ordered.
The company screen name changed several times in the process of ordering and paying. That should have been an alert.
These people are thieves and imposters.

Thankseven is a huge SCAM! You people should be ashamed of yourselves! A lot of these woman purchasing your product aren't rich, & we all hate regular bra's, so you take it upon yourselves to just take our money & not deliver our product! You had no problem taking my money on my 50th Birthday.. April 26th, & here it is, now May 25th, & no bra's delivered! Your disgusting people, & KARMA's coming for you! Just wait & see people!!!

About the company, the order took 1 and half months to arrive and there was a point that there’s no update for 20 days on the shipping. Customer service took too long to answer the concerns and did not resolve the problem after all. They make no effort to help about my order but telling me to contact the carrier myself to figure out my issue. I’d never shop here again and would never recommend this.

About the product, poorly packed and look cheap. It also has Chinese letter on it which concerns me that it was made in China and I wouldn’t be comfortable enough to stick that to my skin and my breast.

Bought some of the invisible bras off facebook. When they arrived were poorly packaged, the sizing was way off and they did not stick. When complaining to the original seller, no reply for weeks and it was all via gmail, went to the main seller, same thing just gmail and initially only got a bot. As there were no SKUs on any of the items, also no visible fault (only when wearing them), making it impossible to even verify the claim. As they were also bad to store, I eventually just chucked them. Also lost my patience as waited weeks for a reply.

Ordered several bras, which finally came a month later. I tried one and did not like it and have contacted the company five times so far about returning it as per their 30-day no-hassle guarantee. The only contact I have gotten back is an automated email asking for pictures/more information, which I have repeatedly sent. They apparently plan to just keep ditching me until the time frame runs out or I give up. I am contacting the FTC and my credit card company.

Update: After attempting EIGHT TIMES to contact this company, I went through PayPal to attempt to resolve the issue. The company requires you to return the items TO CHINA (not cheap--I paid almost $40 to return, and this was the cheapest method available), but once I contacted PayPal, I got an email within a day or so saying they will "work with me," but only if I drop the PayPal case. I told PayPal about the email and they recommended against it because once you drop a case you cannot re-open it with PayPal. (I'm 100% positive the person who contacted me to drop the case knows this.) They did not provide a phone number (required for international shipments), so PayPal said to use their number. Please note that while the business address listed is London, I do believe they are operating out of China (as that is where merchandise has to be returned) and are using the London address to throw people off. This company is a shady company all around--it remains to be seen whether I get refund or not.

Same here order back in April...2 bras almost $50 to the trash.Total Scam, tracking info not valid have not recieved my order......

Like a lot of others in here, I was scammed by this company. I placed an order, but it arrived way too late for me to use. Sent 3 emails about returning them, but still no answer. What a joke!

ordered wipes in March it is now May 18th. Did not recieve. What a scam.

Stay away from these scam artist. Been waiting on my order. No confirmation, no tracking number and no way to contact them. Filed a complaint today!

I ordered at the end of March, its now May. No tracking number was ever sent. Cannot find any info of this company. What a scam. Will be reporting this company.

I have been ripped off too. They never have sent my order. They have already taken my money. Repeated attempts to contact them have been unsuccessful. Don't buy anything from them. I have filed a complaint with the FTC. I went on their website and did several reviews to warn people. They remove my reviews.

Absolute scam of a company. Do not follow FTC shipping guidelines:
If the seller is unable to ship within the promised time, it must notify you, give a revised shipping date and give you the chance to cancel for a full refund or accept the new shipping date. The seller also must give you some way to exercise the cancellation option for free — for example, by supplying a prepaid reply card or staffing a toll-free telephone number.
I order on 3/29/20 and still have not received my order as of 5/10/20.

I ordered for the national woman’s day event they were having. I ordered a bra for me and a bra for my daughter. They have not arrived, they have not sent me any tracking info, they have not replied to any of the ways I tried to contact them - which they don’t really list very many ways... pretty much email. Also on Instagram (where I stumbled across them - much to my dismay) - it now seems as though I am blocked. I think they might be blocking everyone that orders from them so that you can’t come back and find them. I am going to see if my banks fraud department can do anything about getting my money back. That’s the main thing I am doing and I urge everyone else to is file a complaint with the FTC - you can do it online - it’s really easy. Criminals like this need to be shut down. Instagram needs to do something as well. Instagram did not commit this crime yet, they allow people use their platform to sell products and should be vigilant against scammers and Possibly have some form of protection for Instagram members who purchase products made available through their platform.

Do not trust this company. I like so many others ordered a bra back in March. Now waited well over 60 days. No product and they will not refund my money. It is a shame to get scammed but especially during these tough times. DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE!!!

No idea that this Thankseven was a scam. Purchased disinfecting wipes on 3/26/2020. Still have not received it. Does anyone have a phone number for these Yahoo's????? Hoping I can get my money back...

It's a scam. Stay away. I'm trying to get my money back on Paypal but even that is proving a challenge...

I would give 0 stars if I could! Its bull crap that I placed my order on the 15th of March that's 3-15 and I paid $15.99 for faster shipping (3-7days) then when it dosen't show up I contact them and I get told it will be 10-20 days and they wont refund my shipping and then after 30 days I tried to cancel the order cause by this point I'm done with the bull crap and again they refuse to not only cancel my order but they refuse to refund me anything. Oh ya then they gave me a fake tracking number and hear it is 7 weeks later and still nothing now they are saying they delivered it and I need to contact my local post office and take it up with them! Well guess what my post office has no knowledge or tracking for this package! This place is a joke and is very fraudulent DON'T ORDER FROM THEM THEY WILL ONLY STEAL YOUR MONEY!
I WANT A FULL REFUND TO INCLUDE THE SHIPPING I PAID CAUSE I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED THE MERCHANDISE THIS IS REALLY UNACCEPTABLE! I PLACED THIS ORDER MARCH 15TH, MARCH 15TH THATS 3-15-2020, 7 WEEKS AGO I WANT MY MONEY BACK THE FULL $45.69. !

I placed an order on April 11, 2020 . Suppose to receive merchandise 12-20 days. Credit card already charged but I have not received even a shipping notification from them.
Their tracking system does not work!
Don’t buy from this company....
