They took my money and when I asked 3 months later where the chair was, they sent me a fake tracking site that showed local post office had it and it was sent out for delivery. Checked into my local post office and they could not find package using any information...SCAM!!

Purchased a Christmas special gaming chair Dec 14 2020. When I checked for reviews there were none. Many emails and then a plastic snow funnel arrived. Several emails later and they said they would refund me 30% of my purchase. I refused asking for the full refund. Then they terminated my account on their site so I could not access the purchase info. I had already downloaded all the purchase info and will lodge a refund request through paypal. COMPLETE SCAM

Be warned this is a major Scam site.
I should have looked up and reviewed Thankus before making a purchase.

Got scammed as son thought the paypal logo was leggit and it wasnt. No chair, no refund, sent a cheap cycle helmet, no replies. Be Warned..... you will be scammed, this company is bogus, it is a scam.

Scam is right! I ordered the gaming chair and got the cone ice scraper too. This was my sons Christmas gift since I’m a single mom and don’t have much money. He waited all this time and said it was delivered today. He ran out and uh an ice scraper. I feel so bad. Shame on them, and they don’t care. They’re just thieves.

I warn everyone against a dishonest online seller: thankus.store. On December 15, 2020, I ordered a gaming chair from this company. It was supposed to be a Christmas present for my son. I paid for this gaming chair and for the transport. I was thanked for the order and for ensuring that the gift would arrive, but with a delay because it is the holiday season. I received a tracking link from which I found out that the item is coming to me from China. Of course, the gaming chair has not reached me until today, and we have February 20, 2021. Finally something came:
I ordered a gaming chair and they sent me a small plastic cup.

The finale is that they don't want to send in the gaming chair I paid for. They also do not want to return the money. They lie that they no longer have them, while on the website: thankus.store they continue to sell them.
Thankus.store is not honest. They lie, cheat and mumble. I will never buy anything from them again. They are not trustworthy. Please pass it on so that they won't cheat anyone else.

If I could I would leave 0 stars for this seller. Purchased a Christmas special gaming chair, over a month later I was sent a plastic snow remover/ ice scrapper. Seller refused to 100% refund. Luckily went through PayPal and they refunded me my money.
