Damaged vac pack USDA Prime Smoked Brisket (
Vacuum packaing for our order for USDA smoked brisket (£150) was damaged on arrival meaning it was no longer vac packed and air had gotten into the product. I advised TFC immediately. They refused to replace it and said it would be fine to freeze as damage was ,'probably' caused by ice pack. I went back again to ask for money back. They refused and offered me a 'goodwill' gesture £15 voucher off my next purchase. I will never order from TFC again so voucher is worthless. Very poor experience. No responsibility by TFC. They got my money and didn't give a hoot about quality or customer experience.

Whilst we invite all feedback, positive and negative, we feel it is important that the facts are presented accurately.
You raised safety concerns about the received smoked brisket.
The inner vac seal for your brisket had been punctured. However you confirmed that the outer foil seal was received undamaged , so no air had entered the package after dispatch.
We provided picture proof of your brisket completely vac sealed prior to final dispatch. The brisket is freshly smoked and then chilled and vac packed to increase shelf life. You had asked if the brisket is safe to freeze.
As the brisket had been fully cooked and placed in a vac pack and a further sealed liner, which remained intact, we confirmed that there are no safety concerns with freezing or eating the product as received.
The £15 offered was a partial immediate refund, and not a voucher off your next order. This refund is awaiting to be processed following your acceptance as final resolution.
We do apologise that on this occasion, we didn’t fully meet your expectations. We assure you that all the items in your parcel were 100% according to health and safety guidelines upon receipt.
Awesome steak and great service
The order was delivered quickly and in excellent condition. Vacuum packed and kept cold so we could enjoy the full flavour.
My steaks had already been trimmed so little to do apart from salt and put on the pan to sizzle!

Well, I had hoped a day earlier, but delivery did occurred at 9.34am si I was able to cut trim & freeze within 2 hours, my next order in December will be for a chined 3 bone foreribb ok.

Apologies that you were unsatisfied with your order. As per our email chain, you ordered three Côte de boeuf, two tapered slightly at the edges.
Disagree that it made it impossible to cook evenly, all it required was a small trim to the edges. We offered a 15% refund and a 10% discount on your next order, you declined and requested a full refund even on the steak that didn't taper. Hope you enjoyed your meal none the less.

Amazing customer service, great quality of food and very tasty. The beef short rib was above expectations and perfectly seasoned. The Australian wagyu was fresh and of good quality. I am happy I found “that fat cow” and will surely order again.

Beautiful steak as described in their website
Ordered two pieces of 1kg steak and they are as described and beautiful. The packaging was good and it was sent using next day delivery. It would be better though to provide estimation date of delivery other than "We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days of order date".

Great!
The burgers arrived in chilled boxes, the quality is good and as described. Unfortunately, I only received 1/2 my order as the 2 halves were meant to arrive in 2 separate boxes, one of which failed to arrive. As soon as I raised this, there were no qualms about resolving the matter. We mutually agreed on a resolution and it was dealt with promptly. Love the honesty. So will definitely be using again and again!
