Great service , great Steaks.

Great communication over the dispatch and delivery and the items were well packaged with ice packs in a polystyrene then cardboard box. Quality of the meat was outstanding, we had the USDA brisket which had wonderful marbling and was soo juicy after a 12 hour smoke.

I thought I will try out the beef burgers and steak and I must say they were the most tastiest delicious burgers ever
The steak was just wow so I’m definetly going to be ordering again

I purchased a chilean wagyu ribeye and it came on the requested day. Really happy and excited to make the steak. The customer service is one the best Ive ever seen it was so easy to access and an instantaneous response. I do recommend you to buy from here. Excellent quality and customer service

Recently brought from the fat cow and the quality of the meat was amazing. Would definitely recommend. Staff are very responsive and when I had an issue I was given expert advise on resolving the problem including quality suggestions.

I had an issue with my order, to which that fat cow sorted promptly. Great customer service and great advice too with ingredients and such.
Good quality ingredients, I’d certainly recommend these to friends, and will be a regular I’m sure. I’ve got some of the lamb currently marinading and have high hopes for this. Thank you guys

The first time I ordered USDA Prime it was amazing and there were two equal sized pieces and the packaging was decent. This time the polystyrene box was bashed in and one steak was normal shape but the other was deformed.

Although the meat cooked well and tasted nice was kind of annoyed with the mismatched shape of the steak and the broken packaging upon delivery.

Please be aware of their delivery policy before you make your order. Although, they should have made this much clearer on their website. I thought by ordering early, I could get my steaks early but no dice. What they mean to order by Sunday to get your order on Thursday is ALL order after that sunday will be processed for the next sunday. I would have cancelled the order had I known this but I did not received any update about my order or expected time of delivery. Had to hound them through facebook, email and finally instagram
After I have managed to get in contact with them but they would not make any exceptions eventhough my order was quite large and I need it by a specific date. I was happy to pay extra if was offered but they did not provide any solutions. The couriers they used was also late and just left my order under the stairs. Due to the delay, I had to leave and catch my travels which what I need the order for. Was such an unneccesary stressful day. Everybody was disappointed too.

Excellent quality steak at a really reasonable price. Friendly, knowledgeable staff who are quick to answer any query. Looking forward to ordering from That Fat Cow again!
