Exchange of Hoodie
Ordered a lucky dip after Christmas as the designs are great so was excited to receive a surprise.
T-shirts are great quality, true to size and the designs are amazing.
The hoodie I received was the witchcraft design which I was hoping for in in my lucky dip.
Unfortunately the hoodie was a little too small and had a hole in the sleeve. I contacted Simo and he got back to me straight away offering to swap it out for me if I sent it back.
Returns process was straight forward and he had the new one made and shipped out to me in less than a week.
Overall great Customer service and products. Will continue to support the business and highly recommend ☺️

Excellent!
I bought a Mega Lucky Dip and was so happy with every item that I received and also how many items I received for the money, too!
The designs are really cool and some of the lucky dip ones aren't even on the website so you could get special edition ones that have been created years ago that aren't available anymore, which I thought was very cool.
The sizing is true to size. The quality of all items is excellent!
I would definitely recommend this company and I will 100% be buying more from them for myself and for gifts too!

Amazing work for 2+ years

New Favorite Clothing Items and Incredible Customer Service 100/10
The clothing looks really nice, fits well, and is good quality! I had two separate orders almost simultaneously because there was a new design I liked (I like a lot of the designs but I don't have a ton of disposable income) and Jonathan emailed me personally to thank me for my order and offered to waive the second shipping charge. I thought that was really kind. I'm also beyond grateful for the pieces I received. They're my new favorite wardrobe items 💜 very soft!
