SCAM!!!WOWCHER!!!
Ordered a mattress via Wowcher like most others in this review thread and should have known better....£900 foam/gel mattress was what I should have received at a discounted price...instead I just received what looks like my Great Gran would have thrown away...springs poking though the cheap and yellowing material and not a bit of foam or gel in sight......it couldn't be further looking from the one advertising on Wowcher......These reviews should be on the Wowcher site to stop anyone ordering as this company is clearly ripping people off and selling items unlike the ones they are advertising....I have contacted Wowcher but my biggest concern as someone disabled is how am supposed to ship this back in the post???? Seriously considering driving to face these criminals personally and so angry....I have also waited weeks for the delivery.......DO NOT BUY FROM THIS THIEVES.....

Order via Wowcher, I have ordered a mattress via them years ago and worked out great (was a different company)
This one however didn't, the mattress that arrived by this company was not the one I wanted. The one that arrived is worth alot less than what I paid, yet I was meant to have been saving hundreds!! Contacted the company and no reply

Horrific, avoid like the plague. Ordered via wowcher, what came was nothing like the photo, was supposed to be 13 layer gel foam and it’s just open springs, whole mattress sags the second you sit on it. Worst mattress I’ve ever seen. Now going through the bank to reclaim money as no response from company, also reporting to trading standards and going to contact BBC watchdog too.

Well I was abit worried about buying after reading the reviews to the point I tried to cancel sent an email to the company who said if I didn't want the mattress to refuse it on delivery but I thought give it a chance. I was pleasantly surprised mattress was brand new no marks and a good weight packaged well, would I of spent £250 for this definitely not but for around £50 for a 2ft 6 on Wowcher for occasional use by the grandkids it's fine Iv laid on it a it is comfortable Is it a top quality mattress no it's not I wouldn't buy it for myself as I have a bad back so Id go for a better quality one but for what I wanted it for its ideal I must say that the company got back to me straight away when I sent an email and no I do not work or know anyone who works for the company

As a disabled person who has to spend allot of time in bed I purchased a new mattress for the first time in my life! What a mistake. The mattress arrived and it had a hole with the inside coming out. I contacted Wowcher they told me to contact the seller. No answer from them and a Night mare time trying to organise my money back. Never purchas from this company. It's the worst. And because of that I'll never order from Wowcher again.

If I could have given a minus review I would have done. Having purchased a king sized mattress from them via Wowcher, it turned out to be unsuitable and not as described in the advert. Due to the pandemic situation, the delivery of the bed frame was delayed and I didn't unwrap the mattress for a couple of months after delivery. I wrote several emails to 'that mattress' to explain and ask to return the mattress as per the guarantee on their website. They have never replied to offer any resolution and neither have Wowcher. I am now selling it privately at a loss. My advice, steer clear of the seller and Wowcher

Absolute garbage. Bad, uncomfortable mattress. Seevice is disgusting. I've emailed them about the mattress 4 times. They have not replied. So the 1 year warranty/gaurantee is non existant. Please dont waste your money and do not buy from wowcher. They use wowcher as a selling hub to con people into buying them.

The same as everyone else here, Wowcher hide behind their supplier and this supplier is an out and out scammer. Faulty goods paid for on credit card leaving no other option but using section 75 to get redress.

Much like other reviews I ordered from them via wowcher to receive product of such shocking quality.
The mattress we received may aswell not have springs, you sit on the edge of the bed and are basically sat on the bed frame.
Contacted wowcher who keep referring me to deal with thatmattress.co.uk directly and will not do anything about it.
Matter is currently still ongoing and I will take further if I need to.

Worst company ever

I ordered a bedframe and the colour that came was completely different from what was sent, I tried to speak to them for an exchange or refund. The told me to send it back at my own expense. I’m so annoyed

I received a mattress that was covered in the most disgusting, filthy, ground-in stains, along with fraying. The packaging it was wrapped in, was absolutely disgusting, as well (even with bits of mud, falling out of the inside packaging, as we unrolled the mattress). It stated it was worth c.£900 plus, which we know can't be true. The quality of the mattress is so poor-in a dreadful state-horrible engrained stains, and had more of a creamy/yellow colour, rather than the white it is meant to be. There are several areas of fraying, which also look most unsightly too. After several days, the mattress is still very squidgy-if you sit on the footend of the mattress, your bottom hits the floor straightaway, where there is no support, whatsoever.

We have sent emails, but they will not budge, and even have the audacity to inform us we are to send the mattress back-at our expense. This is outrageous, as it is quite clearly a damaged, defective, filthy item. You can tell, just by smelling the mattress- that it is not brand new (as stated, prior to buying it). It smells very fausty-and dirty. We have had friends come in to take a look, and say "did you buy that from a charity shop-as it looks in such a poor state?"

We are taking this matter further, if necessary, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, as we know our rights re: a full refund to be issued-and, that it is entirely up to you- to arrange for a courier to come out to collect the damaged/defective/dirty stained item. I can't believe that they would put a manky, filthy wrapping over an allegedly "new" mattress. A brand new mattress certainly would not be stained. In response, they denied all knowledge, and simply stated it was a brand new mattress.

My husband had to put a pair of disposable gloves on, to put the mattress back into the filthy packaging it arrived in. Thankfully, we kept this, so they will know it is their packaging. We certainly won't be ordering from this company-ever again. We have an MP we are in touch with, who will be involved with this case, should thatmattress refuse to comply.

They are fully aware that I am seriously ill-bedbound most of the time, but have, so far, refused to back down. I bought this mattress in good faith-trusting them, as it was going to be in our guest room. But there is no way I could let anyone sleep on such a filthy, dirty, badly engrained stained, and damaged mattress. Not to mention the agonising pain they would be in-as it would offer no support (as your bottom hits the floor, if you sit on the footend). I couldn't do this- to anyone, it would be criminal. Thatmattress should be totally ashamed of themselves, as they are nothing more than con-artists. My husband will be putting together a recorded letter, over the weekend, ready to send out- on Monday. Please, I urge you never to buy from this utterly shambolic company. Don't be fooled- when the mattress claims to be brand new-you will end up with junk. My husband had to get it wrapped up, in its original, filthy packaging (why would we go and buy packaging- especially for this?). We have always looked after our belongings, and when we have had a brand new mattress, we have had it immediately fully encased with an Aller-Zip mattress protector. After replacing a mattress we have had for 10 years,and removing the fully encased mattress protector-it looks immaculately clean-certainly no stains, whatsoever. We are certainy not keeping this disgusting piece of junk that was sent to us.

Do not use, possible trade under Dreem Beds Ltd as well

I currently have an order with thatmattress.co.uk through wowcher which has not been delivered as of yet. We paid £19.99 for delivery and have had no contact.

I have since googled the trading address which give Dreem Beds Ltd as the company at this address. They have a phone number which is 01924 473323.

Being curious I rang the number and asked for thatmattress.co.uk the gentleman on the other end of the phone said that they were Dreem Bed Ltd but asked me for my details so he could look into this for me. Slightly strange if your not the company I have asked for.

Still awaiting a response from the gentleman at Dreem Beds and also from the email i sent to thtmattress.co.uk

Got a mattress from wowcher. Supposedly saving up to 89%. Extra-Thick 13-Zone Memory Foam Sprung Mattress.

It is cheap and tacky. Mattress never regained shaped after it was delivered. So soft. Also top not level. I wonder if it was a previously returned item.

They have agreed for me to send back, after lots of emails. Unfortunately the courier company they use isn't much use either. They keep coming on the wrong day.

Hopefully it will all get sorted eventually. But it's all clearly a scam....

Do not order from this company through Wowcher, the item photo is completely different from the product you get, what you do get is a very poor quality mattress that as another review stated, you can pinch together with one hand. Customer Service is appalling. (not Wowcher they have been excellent) A quote states from their web site that goods will be collected if damaged or NOT AS DESCRIBED, free of charge but they refused to collect unless we paid!!! How Wowcher is allowing this awful Merchant to trade on their site is beyond me.

Really really really poor quality.
Ordered through Wowcher, who should be ashamed.
Not at all what was ordered.
Dirty mark on the mattress.
Customer service appalling, just one line emails.
