Ordered on 16th August
Ordered on 16th August - arrived TODAY 12th September BUT - they had paid insufficient postage so I had to pay another £3.50!! Dreadful. Irrelevant now if the product is good - I won't be ordering again.

Before purchasing from them I contacted ThatProtein asking if they were going to ship from the UK or Europe since I am in Europe and I didn't intend to pay for custom fees. They assured me that the shipment would be sent from Europe so no worries about fees. I bought the proteins and after few days I've started receiving emails regarding the payment of duty fees in order to get my order. I contacted the customer service of Thatprotein who insisted that the custom in my country were totally wrong (also their language was not that appropriate) and I hadn't had to pay anything. I spent my time (almost two months) sending complaints trying to explain the custom in my country that there was no need to pay any fee, in line with what this Company told me. At the end it came that the package was sent from Great Britain and only transited into Europe before being sent to me, hence the fees should be paid. The shipment was eventually cancelled because I didn't accept to pay the fees and the company stopped replying and didn't even refund the order. It is difficult to find such a negligent company nowadays, this is to avoid at all costs for the extremely poor customer service and not a minimum consideration for their customers.
