Comedy Gold

I love this channel with all the classic sitcoms, Kenny Everett and Benny Hill, these certainly beat all the reality shows and trashy Saturday night TV they have on these days. Only snag is the sound is a lot louder than other channels 😅

Very poor audio quality

Well there's a lot of vintage programmes shown, from Blankety Blank, to Goodnight Sweetheart.
Yes, the adverts are annoying, but they pay the bills.
However, the most disappointing thing about this network, is the awful sound quality. It sounds like the audio is being streamed through a vintage telephone line.
All those funeral adverts should have paid for some decent broadcast quality, audio processing equipment by now !!

Change the record as we all know it's…

Change the record as we all know it's run by wokes, only to please those who can't stand great sense of humour, sick to death of the motif popping up every time when the program starts to show the wokes you might be offended,
Same with the blasted funeral adverts, life insurance adverts, as to charities too, even at night you get the same old story,
Nothing like the woke nation of never had this when Forces TV shown the same,
Makes you wonder how these perfectic minds work, and winder what the wokes would moan about next.
Remedy is, why watch great shows of you know what to expect.
And today's society have lost there sanity like that's TV,
No wonder they are like play school as can't even show the shows on schedule as everything is jumbled up.
But the shows they show can't be beaten, but the motif of reflection of its time should be gone for hood as to the woke aderts as all three don't blend .

I only watch this channel in the…

I only watch this channel in the evening for Benidorm and Shamless but... If I have to see another bloody Unicef begging advert or the Co-Op funeral advert about 'when Tony passed' or the fricking Legal & General.family with her holding up The Worlds Best Dad mug then I'll fricking scream! It is every single advert break that the same 3 adverts are popping up! Change the bloody reel ffs!

Since the launch of "That's TV 2" I…

Since the launch of "That's TV 2" I became rather excited to watch classic TV shows such as Home & Away & now I've recently noticed that the classic Prisoner Cell Block H has been removed also. Well obviously my excitement didn't last long. Please explain the point of only showing parts of the above mentioned show's. I mean, what's the point? All you've achieved is to let a lot of disappointed viewers down. I'm absolutely appalled by this & I've never known any other TV channel to do that. It's unacceptable. Regrettably it's put me off watching this channel for what I can only describe as classic limited tv viewing. It's just a complete waste of time if this is your intention of doing exactly the same to other classic tv shows. I will no longer be watching & I certainly wouldn't recommend your channel to anyone or give it any positive reviews. Unfortunately it doesn't even deserve a one star rating

Some great comedy shows…

Been watching some great comedy shows from recent history, Little Britain and League of Gentlemen being my favourites.
I'm watching on Freesat and the picture & sound quality are OK.
Their sister channel 'Thats TV 2' has similar content, picture quality also OK but the sound quality is terrible, its like listening to a badly tuned radio station

Would give no stars if possible

Would give no stars if possible, watched around 5 mins of Goodnight Sweetheart (one of the gentlest sitcoms) and was greeted firstly by a warning banner saying language may offend, What!!! Then words bleeped out several times in 5 mins, what a complete joke of a tv station, seems it’s a station for woke snowflakes who are terrified of their own shadows, won’t be watching again, garbage tv station

Such a shame as they are showing some…

Such a shame as they are showing some good programs at the moment, such as Benidorm and Shameless, but oh my god, the sound levels, watch one program and it's really quite, then the next program comes on and it's so loud it nearly blows my TV speakers! Not one program or advert on this channel are at the same volume level, totally unwatchable I'm afraid.

Happy programs/morbid adverts

Pure escapism for those of us who aren’t fans of Big Brother, Love Island and similar. It’s a breath of fresh air to take a trip down memory lane watching all the old sitcoms and escaping from gloomy news and reality TV. But….
I know many of us watching are of “a certain age” but does that really mean we need to be reminded of that? Each commercial break starts with a Co-op funeral advert telling us about “when Tony passed”. Do we really have to be subjected to all this relentless advertising funeral plans and various charities asking us to remember them in our will at every commercial break ? The programs are pure escapism but way too many “end of life “ adverts which is downright depressing. Memory Lane is wonderful but we don’t want constant reminders the End Of The Road is round the corner!

Love it

Love it , shows all the great comedies from the past when we were known for great tv , quite a contrast to the wokey celeb based drivel on mainstream tv.

Utter dinosaur garbage suitable only…

Utter dinosaur garbage suitable only for people trying to keep the grim reaper away and thats what it is grim 70s british crap yeah you could eat a full english breakfast for 70p then or watever but compared to now that decade was boring and so are the people i doubt they kept up their boheimien lifestyle they are just dullards. I feel like snapping a rosary bead when watching it thats how bored i am (and thats a 90s father ted reference which is much better i.m.o) my dad insists on watching it i was born in 1989 i can only tolerate so much crap we live in a house built in the 50s in only has 1 t.v point and i cant afford to move out in this day & age we are in 2022 we dont need 70s tv unless we get 70s prices (im talking about £5 or less for a pack of cigarettes) and dont get me started on the energy companies just do the world a favour and close down the channel much better things have been canceled (such as t.f.i with chris evans maybe put that on?!)

Terrible sound and picture quality

This channel occasionally runs some excellent shows such as the re-runs of the Monty Python series, also this evening's Pink Floyd: Whatever Happened....
Fabulous shows... such a shame that the soundtrack to both is absolutely abysmal. It's as if the amount of data streamed is well below what's necessary to satisfy both images and sound simultaneously.
The sound pulses, throbs and not in a good way!
The images are also marred, or broken up, by horizontal lines especially when the camera pans.
It's just awful, a real travesty!
The effect being that it's like listening to finger nails being dragged down an old fashioned chalkboard! Painful.

But I do now and I love it..(Alot) Thanks That's TV...only thing being old,ish and abit deaf!! Subtitles would be good late at night because I turn the volume up to hear the punch lines, and I laugh lowder than the TV ..which disturbs me neighbours.lol.RjC

That’s tv Norfolk in my area

That’s tv Norfolk in my area ! I presume it’s run by students because it’s unwatchable and a waste of money that I presume comes from the BBC in some way Either dreadful old films bad sound or tv shopping ! The local content is minimal and repeated many times and uses articles from Cambridge a lot of the time Totally a waste of time

Incredibly bad TV station.

To put this on as a normal TV station is ridiculous, quality of movies or programs is so poor that you can barely watch anything, or hear it.

You never know what is coming on the schedule when it is available very rarely matches with what appears to be on screen - I contacted the company behind this and received a message saying they are looking in to my complaint but heard nothing else. In this day and age of quality and quantity of TV stations this is so poor that it is actually quite unbelievable. Should be stopped from transmitting with immediate effect.
