I had not been able to hear properly for quite sometime and had experienced some pain form the ear wax blockage. The ear wax removal was a great relief and painless and the ear test was professional and thorough. I highly recommend the procedure and ear test performed, good advice and a great service.

Excellent experience throughout. Mandeep was open, friendly and professional. Aids ready when planned and fitted easily. Follow up phone call and a follow up appointment a fortnight after fitting. Extremely impressive product. Glad I took the plunge.

Both my husband and I attended for hearing tests, Mandy, the hearing specialist was very helpful, confident and professional. She explained hearing loss at our age and went through checks and tests to see “the state of our ears” and how our hearing had deteriorated over the years. The tests were very thorough and when later discussing the procedure with our friends it was evident that it was in much more depth than many others had experienced.
After the tests Mandy carefully explained the results and even ran through trials with hearing aids to show their potential. However she was in no way “pushy” and in fact recommended that both of us didn’t need aids at present and understood my concerns over the possible use of one aid!
The result is we are booked in for another review next year to see if there has been much more deterioration.
My option of this experience is very positive and we both now have a much better idea of how a hearing aid can help us, the types of aids are available, costs and long term help. All in all a very valuable experience made much better by a very helpful and understanding specialist.
