A definite recommendation for here Firstly the gentleman on reception was…

Firstly the gentleman on reception was welcoming. Joe the audiologist was fabulous. A lovely welcoming gentleman, he put me at ease immediately and ensured me with the whole experience. He explained everything as we went along with the test and was extremely understanding when I got a little upset when I realised how much sound I was missing out on. Highly recommend. Thank you
