I took my elderly mother to see Danish in Loughborough today.
He was exceptionally patient and respectful.
My mother independently commented that he was very helpful and explained very clearly.
Danish took time to make sure my mother understood and felt comfortable. We would definitely choose to see Danish again. Thank you.

Elaine , was so professional , explaining the process from assessing to assuring i had the best from my hearing aids . at no time did i feel pressurised to take a particular package or to accept the aids until I was satisfied . All option have been explained . Great experience, i would recommend anyone to try hearing aid car partnership.

I have purchased my first hearing aids from the Hearing Care Partnership and was nervous about both buying them and using them.

The audiologist who dealt with me, Elaine, has given me permission to use her name in this review. She was very helpful, polite and patient with me and had expert knowledge of her business. She tested my hearing and explained the results to me before showing me my options as regards the aids.
The aids themselves are discrete and easy to insert. I did not realise just how bad my hearing had become over the years and the aids have made a distinct improvement to my hearing and make interacting so much easier. My family no longer have to shout at me. Thank you Elaine and the H.C.P.

I had an appointment this afternoon with Elaine Clifford From start to finish she was very kind and professional. She explained each procedure clearly.

I would certainly recommend Elaine to anyone thinking of seeing an audiologist.

I was very impressed by the service I received from the audiologist, Elaine Clifford, who listened carefully to my description of the problem and was thorough with her testing and her explanation of the results. She was very pleasant and friendly and very promptly wrote to my doctor, including details of her test results, and recommending further investigation by an ENT specialist. She showed a real interest in the problem and asked to be kept aware of the outcome. I really could not ask for more from a free hearing test. I will certainly keep in touch.

Many thanks to Elaine Clifford who carried out a very thorough examination and hearing test for me this week. Elaine began by asking for some background information on why I had requested the test. She then did the exam and tests. It was fascinating to see the photos of inside my ear! The range of tests carried out was much more than I have experienced before. It was very reassuring to know my hearing is in good shape. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I didn't know what to expect from my appointment but it was really impressive. Elaine Clifford was so professional and thorough and gave clear explanations of procedures and findings. To my relief, she found that my hearing had not deteriorated enough to need aids, which shows her integrity. And the test was free! I wasn't expecting that.

During the examination and follow up telephone review and my recent review Elaine Clifford was very helpful in all aspects of our contact. She made me feel at easy in my journey to using my new hearing aids.

If I have one issue, it is that there was no way of assessing the different grades of hearing aids, I opted for the P1 option but it would have been useful to be able to assess the other options.

Elaine Clifford was fantastic. Really nice and friendly, explained everything that was being done and went over my hearing test results in a very clear understandable way. Can’t recommend her enough. I had some custom ear plugs fitted and the process was straight forward and pleasant. Would happily visit again in another years time for a check up. Well worth it!

My experience was very welcoming, they fixed my problem and I will definitely return if the problem reoccurs.

Diffent appliances shown and demonstrated.
Plus fitting and instruction on use carried out in my home.

Elaine put me at ease, and carried out a thorough hearing assessment, explaining the significance of each aspect, and willingly responding to my technical interest in the procedure. I was then given a demonstration of a suitable pair of aids, and the range of different options available to me were clearly described.
I was able to be fitted with my aids the following week, and am pleased to say that they are performing even better than I had expected. For the first time ever, I was actually asked to turn the TV up!
For a 5-year contract and such an expensive product, I had expected that I would be given a copy of the Terms & Conditions, but guess that may be due to the difficult situation right now, and I am currently following up this point.
