My audiologist , Louise Griffin is lovely in every way. She is very helpful , easy to talk to and I trust her advice. I have complete confidence in her and she doesn't push for a sale at all .

Louise was there to explain absolutely everything - including simple questions that I brought up. She took me through each stage - explaining how the hearing aids work, what I needed to do, how it helps to get into a routine with the hearing aids. There is still more to learn but so far Louise has made the whole process go smoothly. Her way of normalising the situation has been incredibly helpful. Anything new can be overwhelming. Louise was so calm and we just talked our way through the appointment. I’ve been wearing the hearing aids ever since!

Louise at Penzance was professional, caring and kind in her approach. There was no sales pressure, and a relaxed unhurried atmosphere.

She immediately put me at ease and guided me, step by step empathetically, through the whole process of having hearing aids for the very first time, which is quite daunting!
It is great to be able to hear properly again especially amongst groups of people….. it’s given me a whole new lease of life!

I haven’t the words to describe adequately my admiration -and gratitude - to Louise for her help with the diagnosis, design and fitting of my new hearing aids. Her professionalism and expertise is taken for granted, of course, but she also has that all-important personal touch that makes one feel that one is her most important patient.

Excellent care at Reynolds Opticians in Penzance! In fact my appointment was for a hearing assessment and this was thorough, carefully explained (in terms of both process and result) and sensitive and kind too. All my options were discussed with no pressure at any point, and I have been left reassured that my hearing care is in very good hands in the future. Highly recommended!
