What a lovely gentleman Uzayr was. I attended for a hearing test as I have profound hearing loss in one ear and was worried about the other ear. He was thorough throughout and explained everything clearly to me. He understood my concerns and I was surprised how in depth the assessment was. Thankyou and I have recommended this service highly, especially Uzayr.
