My hearing aid came as a surprise

My Hearing Aid journey came as a surprise to me. Totally out of my comfort zone which made me anxious. Elaine Clifford from Lunette's in Sleaford was calm and composed. I felt really comfortable. There were a few glitches during my learning curve, by grace Elaine responded quickly to my emails and my problems were resolved.
