Great service
St Neots branch - Jo was very professional and did a great job talking me through the process and making it as quick and painless as possible. Hearing is much improved and I would highly recommend booking a visit.

I saw Dagmara in St. Neots. She was brilliant, friendly and professional. She listened as I gave my background, we went through an inspection, various tests including standard hearing tests and a bone conduction version (to bypass middle ear I believe and test for issues there). I asked a lot of layman-type questions, all of which she answered. I feel I learned a lot and now know what's going on with my hearing. I highly recommend booking an appointment.
