I would rate Leanne Corrigan, the audiologist based at Mc Govern Opticians, Strabane Co Tyrone, as a five star service. Leanne is both empathetic and professional. She was both patient and courteous throughout my hearing test. She explained the process very clearly and the follow up procedure and this resulted in my feeling at ease and sensing that I was in very capable hands. (Given that I had received such a first class service from Leanne I proceeded to make a first appointment with Mr Mc Govern, the Optician, and in turn I received a very professional service). I was grateful that Leanne spent an hour with me going through the process; as I had previously attended a different setting (Boots Chemist) for a hearing test where I was only booked in for 15 minutes; and the test failed to materialise as the computer in the room was not working. I was informed that I would be sent another appointment to attend. To date I still have not received this further appointment with Boots Chemist. I appreciate the service I received from Leanne and I highly recommend her to others with a hearing problem or those who like me have received a diagnosis of Menieries Disease.
