Faisal was so approachable and kind I felt completely safe as I had the wax removed from my ears and a hearing test done. Faisal explained everthing he did and gave me plenty of time to ask questions which was very reassuring. My husband was seen by Faisal as well we would both be recommending him to everyone. I had a pleasant experience with my hearing test. Faisal had been very thorough with my examination and had been very good at explaining what the test were for.

Booked an appointment for wax removal, booking process and subsequent communication was simple/efficient. The audiologist, named Faisal, was extremely polite, thorough and professional. I was explained the process of the appointment, examined and the procedure was conducted. I was advised regarding the procedures associated risks and how to manage them should they occur and advised on general self care and which products to use and which to avoid. I was also offered a hearing test included in the consultation which I took. The consultation lasted approximately 30mins and was successful.

This was my first hearing assessment. Faisal was very professional. I felt he was knowledgeable and naturally good with people. He explained why he was asking questions, what the details of the tests were and then went through the results carefully. I am glad I went and will definitely go back again when I get recalled.

Faisal was amazing! Saw him at the Malcom Gray facility in Mere Green, he was kind and professional, explaining everything to me every step of the way. Most thorough hearing test I’ve ever had. Found out my hearing has had some damage from work, but still ok.

The hearing assessment was very detailed and took well over an hour durring which Mohammed explained things very clearly which enabled me to fully understand the causes of my hearing loss. There was a very useful demonstration of the improvement possible with a hearing aid with no pressure to buy a particular product. I highly recommend this service.

I had been suffering from one sided tinnitus since an ear/sinus infection. On researching the issue online, I found a free hearing/tinnitus assessment. It was very easy to book it online.

To my surprise, the audiologist rang me before the appointment. This was a pleasant touch since I was quite concerned about the appointment. He did put my mind at rest and clarified what the appointment would entail and what I would expect.

My appointment was on time. The audiologist ( Mr M Faisal) was a wonderful pleasant young man. The audiologist was friendly and put me at ease. He was knowledgeable, intelligent, good humoured and efficient. Having taken a detailed history, he went onto explain the tests I was due to have. I had a full hearing test etc. These were conducted with clear instructions. He also made sure I was comfortable throughout the tests.

At the end of the tests, he gave me a full explanation of the results and methods of management and any further referral required. He was caring and understanding of my circumstances. I am often slightly apprehensive about admitting I'm a full time carer for my elderly relative as health professionals can be judgmental/dismissive. This audiologist understood my circumstances and gave me solutions to manage timnitus ( and methods of controlling stress which may make tinnitus worse).

I have to say this was probably the best experience I've had in visiting a professional about a health problem. I returned home, positive and reassured about everything.

I appreciate all the kindness and help in managing what was a troublesome and concerning problem for me. I'm very pleased I went to the appointment.

I think everyone needs a high standard of service and The Hearing Care Partnership clearly have the best people to provide the care that people deserve.

The hearing test was clearly explained I understood what to expect and I understood the results. It was all straight forward and I was pleased to hear I'm basically ok.
