Saeed is wonderful!
Went for a hearing test, some advice about potentially needing hearing aids and to have my ears syringed.
Over 2 visits I found Saeed to be so friendly and welcoming. He was also very knowledgable and explained everything really well.
His laid back but professional manner is what will make me return to The Hearing Care Partnership again.

A very pleasant experience.
I attend Wallworks and McGrail for my eye tests, and on my last visit saw the advert for hearing tests. I felt I was experiencing some difficulty in hearing some of the conversations on TV, and had begun putting the sub-titles on for some programmes, so decided I would take advantage. Faisal contacted me and an appointment was arranged. The hearing test was something like I thought it would be, but afterwards, Faisal was really good at explaining how he knew I was hearing vowels but not all constanants, which could be the cause of my problem. He then talked more to me before allowing me to try a sample hearing aid. It was actually amazing, and I then went further into the hearing aids offered and ordered a pair. The hearing aids were not cheap, but there were several prices and I always think you get what you pay for! The hearing aids were ready two weeks later and I went for fitting and to have them tuned to my particular requirements. They are even linked to my Apple Mobile phone! I have coped with them really well, and now do not have to put the sub-titles on the TV. Faisal has phoned me to see hoiw I am coping and he is to see me in a few weeks to make sure everything is OK. The whole experience was very pleasant, I did not feel pressured and feel that after care with the company gives me confidence that I've done the right thing. I woujld definately recommend.
