Outstanding Care and Service
Kirsten couldn't have been more helpful, from our initial appointment, to review my Mum's old hearing aids to the assessment and fitting of her new ones and her ongoing care of my Mum's hearing.
Her communication and rapport with both myself and my mum is outstanding - nothing is too much trouble, she has far exceeded our expectations on every visit.

After getting really third rate attention and care from my GP it was such a relief to get the help I did from Kirsten, who I can't thank enough. When you're feeling a bit desperate a little TLC goes such a long way and I really appreciated Kirsten's approach in that regard. Not only has my appointment fixed the issue, but I also left feeling more informed and confident about my hearing health moving forwards. Thank you again.

Sophie was very friendly and explained everything she was doing in a clear way.
I appreciated that she took the time to remove all the wax, and regularly checked I was comfortable throughout the entire process.
A brilliant job and I won't hesitate to recommend her to friends or family.
