Size guide completely wrong and deceitful return policies
I ordered a pair of shoes, following the official website size guide, in order to avoid getting the wrong number.
When I received the order, I found out that shoes I received are at least 2 sizes bigger than my feet, despite having strictly followed the official size guide.
I tried to return them, but I discovered that not only I am being forced to pay for the return shipment - even though the website size guide is completely wrong - I also have to pay 10€ for the return shipment, when the original shipping cost was 4€.
I contacted the customer service to ask for assistance, hoping to sort this out by proving that the size error was their responsibility, but when they answered me, even though they clearly admitted that their size guide doesn’t apply to all of their shoes (and therefore is completely wrong, depending on which shoe you buy), they confirmed I have to pay 10€ to return them, because they think I am responsible for the mistake.
This is by far the worst digital shopping experience I have ever had with any european brand.

I don't know about others, but I had a pleasant experience with the Art Company. I had ordered a pair of black Blue Planet and they weren't in stock, so I placed another order with the red ones with 10% discount received for the "no stock" problem. The red pair came through UPS from Spain to Romania and is really comfortable and suits me. I also recently received my refund for the pair that was not in stock.
My communication with their customer suppport was really effective and nice!
I am glad to say that I will surely make other purchases from them!
