Great Products Great Service

I have been buying a number of products from The Body Doctor during Covid to the present. From face masks to eye masks, from eye drops to MacuPrime and have found every product to be of high quality. My husband swears by MacuPrime and has noticed a distinct improvement in the quality of his vision and I am now taking them as well. The service is great and delivery on time.

I have sent four emails to the company…

I have sent four emails to the company to express my dissatisfaction with the Biodegradable Eyelid Wipes. Upon opening the packages, I discovered that several of the wipes were completely dry. Despite my repeated attempts to contact customer service, I have not received any response. Considering the cost of these wipes, I am disappointed with the lack of quality control and customer support.

I am terribly sorry for your experience with our product. As our eyelid wipes are made in batches, sometimes there can be a misfill of the solution causing some wipes to be dry. I would, of course, be happy to offer a full replacement for you. Please could you confirm the batch number of the eyelid wipes so we can report this to the manufacturer? In the meantime, our main contact number is 01484 868 816 (option 1) and our main contact emails are customerservices@the-body-doctor.com or sales@the-body-doctor.com if you could confirm the best address to send the replacement wipes out to? I can assure you that our customer service team aim to respond to all queries within 48 hours and all mailboxes are checked regularly including junk folders. Once again, I do sincerely apologise for the delay in responding to you via email and I understand this is incredibly frustrating for you.
