All round 5 star service…
We use The Concept Group for all our janitorial needs and couldn't be happier with both the services provided and second to none customer service. So easy to place an order with same or next day delivery. The health and safety aspects of any chemical based products ordered are explained in simple yet concise terms. As a community hub, housing 14 individual resident groups from the charity and community sectors, price is very important and we have always found The Concept Group to provide excellent value for money, an absolute must for a building like ours. Highly recommended.

Excellent Service
We received excellent service from all the guys at The Concept Group! We had a few guys call at our house, Aidan & Eamon and a few others and all of them were very professional and efficient with our pest problem. They have called quiet a few times now to ensure all our issues where dealt with quickly. They also have been great with keeping in contact with us regarded call outs and the procedures they've been taking. Would 100% recommend to anyone with pest issues!
