Excellent service from Eurogroup. Moving continents in your 60's is quite a big thing to do, with many worries along the way. Frankie Hand was brilliant she kept us informed every step of the way, quickly and efficiently responding to any queries we had. Eurogroup are a company I would heartily recommend.

INCREDIBLE SERVICE.
Moved from S Africa. Frankie Hand made sure that I was informed regularly. She answered my queries within 5 minutes of sending mail! Always friendly and SO efficient. To Terry and Stratton who did the delivery to my home - you guys were fantastic. Thank you all for making my move such an easy and pleasant experience.

My shipment went from Dubai to UK. The service I received from Eurogroup International Movers was superb from start to finish. Special thanks to Miss Frankie Hand was my shipment coordinator. She guided me through the whole process and gave expert guidance and updates on the delivery to my residence in the UK.

My first major move experience in 20 years.. made smoothly and managed perfectly by Frankie Hand of Eurogroup. From day 1 when our container was getting ready to leave Dubai, Frankie kept us updated all way to the day of delivery. The delivery team turned up on time and expedited our stuff (174 boxes and furniture) expertly. Great service and customer experience all round, and I have written 2 books on the subject👍

A big thumbs up to Eurogroup, from Frankie Hand who received our container and got it to us as soon as possible to Alan and Paul who delivered our goods. All three were professional and helpful and their service was far above and beyond expectations. Couldn't have asked for better service. Would definitely recommend them.

Our container from Istanbul was cleared from customs the day it arrived but Eurogroup kept it for 33 days. Thus £4080 had accumulated, they made various excuses and because of the stress were in, we had to pay, but are now seeking legal advice. If you do not want to be in a similar situation, do not use this company.

Frankie Hand, who oversaw the overseas move of my goods and Cameron, who managed the delivery of these went above and beyond to make my moving experience seamless and stress free. I've moved continents several times and this was by far the best moving experience I've ever had. Thank you both.

I was very satisfied that all was done well in my move from USA to UK which took several months due to delays. I would have liked a bit more detail but Melissa was very helpful and the crew at the end were too. Thank you for bringing my possessions safely to me again.

Excellent professional service from end to end. From the first point of contact to the delivery of our shipping container ( on time) we were so impressed with the efficient service. Queries were answered promptly - even at weekends and everyone was so friendly and helpful. I’m not planning another international move but if I was I wouldn’t use anyone else. Highly recommended.

Hello Frankie, I wanted to send a quick email to say how fantastic the service today from Alan and Paul was. They were extremely professional, friendly and went out of their way to give the best service they possibly could. They made what could have been a stressful situation very pleasant and stress free. Words cannot explain the amazing service they gave.

Eurogroup International Movers in conjunction with SA relocations of South Africa handled our move from South Africa to the UK in its entirety, it could have not been handled any more professionally than it was. There was constant updates on the ship location. The clearing and delivery of the container was completed within 36 hours of the ship docking.

The crew that was provided to offload the container did so without any hesitation.

I have no hesitation in recommending both companies should you wish to do an international relocation.

My consignment has handed from local agent with all wrong informations. 4 months I was struggling to find where it has landed. Some how after speaking to Frankie she manage to find my consignment and not only that she consistently followed up with me until I get them to my storage. Almost a failing project she made it to a great winning project at the end. Great work and wish you all the best.

I was extremely worried about this move from th US to UK as my husband had recently passed away and he always dealt with things like this. I have to say, pretty much from start to finish your staff have been wonderful. Caring and courteous. Starting with Ken Treschitta in US EuroUSA. He went out of way to help me. Then this end with Bruce Wong at SeaAvia and Frankie Hand. Lastly, but not least I have to mention Richard Flatt and Owen Till who did an amazing job packing my belongings into my storage. I cannot thank you all enough for doing such a wonderful job.

We dealt with Frankie Hand who was great. She kept us up to date, responded promptly to enquiries and our goods arrived just as they had been packaged in South Africa.

Really disappointed with the whole process of relocating back from Dubai
Was advised we would be updated by certain dates and times - not forthcoming , and if they were they were left right to the 11th hour.
Frankie Hand is probably the most argumentative individual I have encountered in a “so called” customer service role . Nothing is ever her fault ( guess there is no ownership of the fact she is the face of the company )
Several occasions advised that our comments had been raised with on the move ( the company in Dubai ) , yet when reaching out to them , they advised no correspondence had been had - someone not being honest !
Continuous quoting of news feeds pertaining to shipping and Covid got incredibly boring post the first 3 links
And the straw that broke the camels back was the “ Ransom demand” to get our possessions back - apparently sat on the dock and we had to incur the costs - what do you do , you can’t argue or challenge as they have your possessions.
Being an expat having moved back home , and having many friends and colleagues in Dubai looking to relocate home - I absolutely couldn’t / wouldn’t in all good conscience advise any of them to use eurogroup.
Word to the wise - when signing your contract with your movers in Dubai if the U.K. end turns out to be eurogroup avoid like the plague.
Finally I am so glad this is finally over in February , post sending our belongings on their merry way in October . The stress and rudeness caused has been a huge challenge at a time when things should be easy / streamlined - after all it’s not cheap to relocate
For us , we are glad we never have to have any further correspondence with them again - and if we need to move with work again , we will absolutely complete our due diligence to avoid any commitment to such appalling service

I am extremely happy and satisfied with the service eurogroup provided. Special mention to Frankie Hand who updated and walked me over the process after arrival of the shipment to UK. She was informative and very professional in her approach.
Also worth mentioning the two guys(sorry forgot their names) who came to deliver the shipment to my house with lots of smiles and courtesy.

Frankie's communication was at all times extremely prompt and always courteous and informative. I can't emphasise enough the importance of this service to us at a time when one was stressed due the circumstances surrounding deliveries and haulage. Frankie was always patient and reassuring. We really appreciated her compassion and understanding. We can highly recommend (and we have already) Frankie and her team at Eurogroup to handle your move. Thanks very much Frankie.
