Absolutely love this little business! I ordered some moisturiser and a couple of lip balms and I’m genuinely obsessed. Everything arrived beautifully packaged with such a personal touch — you can really tell how much care goes into what they do.

The moisturiser feels amazing on the skin, really nourishing without being heavy, and the lip balms are honestly the best I’ve used in ages (I’ve already claimed one as my “bag essential”).

Such lovely products from such a lovely small business. I’ll definitely be buying again! 🧡

I was looking to reduce plastic usage and use chemical-free products as I live on a narrowboat and am conscious of grey water.
I absolutely love the Mineral Mud and Rosemary bars, especially for my hair. The others are fab aswell. I've also used their Natural Deodorant Bar with Patchouli and Lime, which has a fabulous smell and works brilliantly and so lasts. I've now ordered their Spearmint and Lemon to try.
Delivery is also quick and always packed well, not wastage.

I've been using the hand made shampoo bars made by this company for years now and I love them! No need for a separate conditioner, no plastic waste, my hair feels thicker and fuller and I don't need to wash it as often. I have had no dryness in my scalp since switching to these shampoo bars and hardly any split ends! They are only very delicately scented and the smell does not linger after washing but I prefer this as I am sensitive to smells and find the fragrance in most shampoos and conditioners to be unnecessarily overpowering. I always buy direct from the Good Soap website and have always had excellent customer service, with items dispatched quickly and without excess packaging. The soap bars last me for months though so I don't make purchases that often!

Ordered a deodorant bar as I wanted to cut down on thr amount of waste cans I get through. It's superb stuff - I have zero body odour since using it. I'm in the gym 4 times a week and wear wicking shirts at work which usually smell pretty awful at the end of my shift - not any more : ) I won't be going back to cans - this stuff us great. Less waste and far more effective.

I placed an order and there was a little mix up on delivery but Dawn was so helpful and everything was sorted out really quickly with no problems.
The products are lovely, I ordered a solid moisturiser bar and a deodorant bar and really happy with both items, so much so I’ve just placed another order. Definitely recommend this small business.

I found this company by googling them then thought I’d give them a try. I ordered body scrub, soap and moisturiser bar (trying to use less plastic). The scrub and soap are wonderful and smell delightful too. The moisturiser WAS wonderful and smelled absolutely incredible (lemongrass) for the few days I got to use it until my sodding dog decided it was too nice-smelling and managed to eat it. Now not only do I not have a face moisturiser but my dog’s excretions smell weirdly appetising which is all sorts of confusing. It obviously smelled so good that she was able to open the door into my bedroom (which was firmly closed!), jump up to my dresser and pull down half the items sitting on top (I can only hope they hurt as they fell) until she managed to reach the moisturiser which was in its wrapping in a tin. I will definitely be ordering another and will keep it in a locked box on the top shelf to avoid a repeat.

Trying to reduce my single use plastic and this company is perfect. Moisturisers are great and deodorant bars were a bonus I wasn’t expecting to find at the same place. Delivery charges v reasonable. I will be back.

Thought these moisturiser bars looked great as I’m trying to reduce my use of plastics. They arrived today, they feel okay on my skin but are far too strongly fragranced. I tested one about 2 hours ago and my arm still smells strongly of it. Too overpowering for me.

Placed order Friday evening - arrived today (Monday) amazing products from what I can tell and excellent customer service. Some other Eco companies should take a leaf out of your book. I will be ordering again!

I bought many moisturizing bars and tinned skin balms from this company. They smell lovely and last for a very long time. In this day and age, when we wash hands non stop, these creams are a lifesaver. Packaging is recyclable and very pretty. I love supporting small local businesses and I am so glad I found this one.

I bought some moisturiser bars and soaps from this online store and so far I absolutely love them. I’d been looking for a small business local to the UK. They’re all handmade in Wales and postage was quick and free over £22. I’d never tried a moisturiser bar before but they’re so much easier to use that sticking fingers into a pot! The vanilla smells like dessert :) the pumice soap was also amazing and was soo exfoliating. Will definitely be buying again!
