The Healthwatch buyer BEWARE.. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM i have never in my life dealt with anything like this. Their policy clearly states what their “refund policy” is well they do not adhere to it at all. My mother is 86 years old they told her to send in a video i took over and said how do you send a video if you simply do not like it!!!!!!!!!!! I got three canned email responses telling me at my mother’s expense to mail this piece of junk back to them in Canada no less. I will not do that but i just want anyone to know that is thinking about buying this watch don’t walk RUN from this company it is a huge scam. Also if you really look at their website you will see there are typos and you cannot leave a review imagine that. All the reviews that are on there are canned reviews AKA fakes! I am beyond frustrated that anyone would take advantage of the elderly in this manner.
I ordered this watch and the battery died in on day, so they sent me a new watch and it was even worst, it died in just over 24 hours and did not record my sleep. I request a refund like their website said it was 100 percent refundable. Now they are stalling in refunding my money.
This company targets senior citizens. We purchased this watch for a family member. It turned out to not be the one she wanted so I emailed this company and told them the situation. I asked to return the watch for a full refund. Finally, I was given an address in Canada to return the package to at a cost of $59.90 out of my pocket. I forwarded the tracking number as requested. In tracking the package, it was "REFUSED" as the address I was given. It was originally sent to this address on 2/2/2024. On 2/27/2024 I received this package back. This company is a fraud. If you go on the website you will see that no where do they tell you where they are located/based out of. The customer service is extremely poor not to mention outright dishonest. There was a time frame that was given to return this watch. By this package being "REFUSED" at the address provided, it is now almost past that time frame which means they can refuse a refund and steal my money. Please do not fall for the $69.99 Healthwatch Smartwatch for seniors. Its a SCAM.
