I recently booked a trip to New York through The Lifestyle Edit with Amy, and although the trip unfortunately had to be cancelled due to a snowstorm, I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received.
Amy handled the situation incredibly well from start to finish. Thanks to her accreditations, we were able to receive a full refund, which came through much quicker than I expected. The whole process was smooth, stress-free, and clearly very well managed.
Before the cancellation, Amy had organised everything perfectly for our New York trip, including flights and a hotel — and even managed to secure us a room upgrade, which was a lovely bonus.
Despite the setback, this experience really showed how professional and reliable she is, especially when things don’t go to plan. Because of this, I’ve already booked another trip with her to Marbella and feel completely confident doing so.

Birthday in Bruges
Amy booked a perfect weekend in Bruges for my birthday. It was amazing! every detail was taken care of. When we arrived we even had a surprise upgrade. As a type 1 diabetic and also gluten free the hotel were aware of this from the get go and did everything in their power to help, whether that be gluten free bread baskets or sugar free chocolates on my pillow they accommodated! Thanks to the lifestyle edit I didnt have to worry about anything!
