We really were happy with The Mortgage Hub service. The Mortgage Hub offered amazing customer care and met our needs. Me and my wife can be very busy so having everything done via the telephone was just what we needed. We found with other providers that they wanted us to travel to them for an appointment and being pressured using their sales tactics however The mortgage Hub did not pressure us into anything and they offered some really good advise. I did not have to lift a finger as all the hard work was done for us. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I was changing my mortgage from a residential to a Buy To Let. From the initial meeting Paul explained everything in a way that was accessible to people who don’t understand the property/mortgage jargon.

He responded very quickly to every email, answering all my questions along the way.

He found me a great product and made the whole process extremely easy, I hardly had to do anything. Unbelievably Paul doesn’t charge a fee.

I recently switched my mortgage using Paul.
Usually switching a mortgage is a real slog but Paul was great and his service was excellent throughout. Also the mortgage i switched to was the best on the market in terms of rate, which was also one of the reasons I used his services. If you're looking for a mortgage adviser that doesn't give you the hard sell and want a good service/rate then I would highly recommend him.

This is the second remortgage for us with Paul, and he provides excellent service from start to finish, absolutely faultless. He is knowledgeable, impartial and made the whole process painless. I would definitely have no hesitation in recommending and will use them again.
