SCAMMERS, AVOID!
As lots of people here, I ordered an item, paid in dollars and received a pair of fake Oakley in a RayBan case.

I believe I will never get money back or an answer from the scammer.

My brothers works for fraud in the bank and taking it further for me to make sure I gwt my money back!! As others have said the UK postcode doesn't exist. Wish I'd read these before I ordered

I placed an order with this company and have never received it, despite numerous emails I've had no response whatsoever, stupidly I paid by debit card so won't see my money again,people be aware of this scamming company.

I ordered a Playmobil package. I only got some cheap glasses!

Don’t buy they are rogue sellers they promise you no hassle returns I have been sent trousers that are not the correct size and are terrible halitosis 9 e-mails later they have done the same we will refund you 10% but keep the item to be fair the item is rubbish so no benefit. They have now given me a returns address in China and have said if it arrives damaged I won’t get a refund, the postage will be the same cost as the item! You just know that they will say the trousers were damaged in transit. This is a scam don’t waste your money there should be international controls that stops these rogue sellers!

I gave expansioy online shop 1star as delivery was ok but the items I ordered were poor quality and no where near true to size after 23 emails back and forth avoiding given a refund I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this company at all cost they are terrible still haven’t got my refund

I've not received my item a month later and no response to my emails. Stupidly, I paid on my debit rather than my credit card so no chance of seeing my money again. Avoid.

No conformation of order. No response to emails. Suspicious activity on my CC after order place.

Gincci - Do not buy from them. The quality of their product is awful. What they advertise is not what they send. Materials used are of very poor quality, sizing incorrect and badly cut, no style to the item bought. Very disappointing! They refuse to refund my money due to their inability to process refunds quickly and they feel item will get lost and take a longtime to process😡 what rubbish customer service. They can barely write in English. I used paypal to make payment so hoping to get full refund via them. They are offering 10% refund and for me to keep their rotten item. I did not know they were Chinese company as I would not have bought the item from them and it was not cheap! Stay clear of them not worth it.

Please be careful with Pologize company. They failed to deliver and it is almost 8 months I am trying to get my money back, to no avail.

I purchased a bracelet from the Uno de 50 store online. They are a Spanish company, and I wanted a specific bracelet. When it arrived it wasn't quite right, so I requested a return. I was sent a link, how after entering the details if failed to work, saying did not recognise my order number. I re contacted customer service online, and was told I would be contacted by the customer service team. That was five weeks ago, I tried several times since , no response. My return period has now expired and I seem to be stuck with the bracelet. Really poor service, stay away

I ordered Christmas items on 8 November 2022 which were never received. On 5 January 2023 I requested a refund.

I have ordered some car parts 27/03/23 from buycarparts.co.uk, and then received email that my delivery will be with EVRI,I have not received my parts still after 12 days of my order,
bucarparts.co.uk do not respond for return and refund, EVRI even worst, they keep saying that: the driver could not find my address, and then next excuse: they don't know where the parcel is...
I did book my mechanic twice to sort out my car and then I had to postpone 2 appointments due to no delivery from Evri (unprofessional)!!!
If you can avoid buycarparts.co.uk, and mostly avoid Evri

Would have given zero if there was an option. Waiting 10 weeks already, no product - no refund received. Really disappointed they are allowed to scam people like this 😞

I ordered a fridge/freezer and it did not come on delivery date. I received a reply to say they think delivery will be next day and never came. I requested a refund and has not come! This morning I went to email them and it bounced back and the website is down!
