Product was of poor quality, nothing came in packaging, tried returning, they gave me reasons unsupported why I couldn’t! DO NOT BUY

Received goods, sizing is completely wrong,they do not accept returns for exchange still trying to get some money back that was offered. Do not buy complete rip off

This company was on google site advertising Radley Bags with a London address and London contact number. This number is false; I contacted Radley direct who informed me that they were aware of this SCAM and were in the process of removing it from the site ; unfortunately I fell for the very authentic website page needless to say that I never received a bag; instead I got a scarf..Absolute scammers. You would think Facebook and Google would police their own sites and remove these bogus claims but obviously do not; shame on you too

I wish I would of read the reviews earlier, and it would of saved me time and money. DO NOT BUY FROM JCNORA! Here is my experience...I made a small purchase(only $40, and additional $3.99 shipping). It was for a Minecraft Bow and Arrow set. I could of made complete purchase, but I decided to try the PayPal-Pay in 4 option. I ordered in January, but never heard from merchant, never received a confirmation...nothing. About 6 weeks later, I contact them to cancel order(as it was a birthday gift), and I hear from them for the first time, stating order can’t be cancelled, because it already shipped. I started doing my research, and on their website, is an address from Chicago, phone number from California, and when package finally showed up...it was from China. Here is where it goes bad...the toy was not in its original package. In fact, it was used, damaged, string was broken. It was basically garbage. I send an email to them(through PayPal), and they offer to take $10 off, and I keep the damaged goods. This was not acceptable. They email me back, and ask me to drop the PayPal case, and they’ll send me another. Another poor offer. Then I get an email the next day, and if I send back(where I pay shipping), I can have a full refund. This time the return address is in Great Britain. Problem was, the cheapest way to send back cost $26. I’m just going to accept my ignorance, but I want to get message out there to save others the headache. Their id name from JCNora was CCMink. Be careful folks. I’m also canceling my PayPal, as I feel like they should of helped more. Their being used to launder consumer money unwillingly.

Beware this company. They do not reply to emails - 8 weeks and no response to my problem. I had to go through paypal to attempt to resolve an issue. The company wants me to pay return shipping from the US to Vietnam ($27 shipping fee on a $36 item) for a mistake on their part in sending an item that did not match the size description. Buyer beware.

An ASLOUTE SCAM! HAD TO WAIT 50 ODD DAYS FOR A POTATO SACK THAT I DIDN'T ORDER. contacted them immediately, guess what nobody will respond! £60.00 fraudulent scam. Never EVER because of this thieving company will I order outside the UK where my money is protected! Annoyed with myself and disgusted with such fraud!

Ordered a Garmin golf watch for $37 (shipping included) and got a worthless "Smart Bracelet".
Got in contact and they offered me a discount of $3, $5, $7 and the last mail was $8 discount (in all those mails they never mentioned the ordered product) ... or I had to send the rubbish back to them and pay for the shipping.
Hahaha, we're not amused.
Luckily I paid using Paypal, entered a complaint there and got my money back.
Btw the "Smart Bracelet" seems only to work with a mobile app "HryFine" and that app needs permission to use everything on your mobile...

“Holidaysbeast.com” bought a safety shoes 2 size bigger then my size after receiving. I was shocked how it looks in their site and real, it’s nowhere stand to that picture. You get it from eBay or Amazon not more then £20. I paid in offer £ 56.99 from £89. It doesn’t fit touches my toes. Try to return and login the website it said doesn’t exist. Totally scammed. I need to mention when I check their address before purchasing there was London address written with phone no and tried phone as well. It’s not even phone number. Good thing about this is I use my credit card so I am going through my card now. Thanks

I ordered a product 16/07/2020 I have still not received it or received a refund, despite attempting to contact them multiple times! Such a scam!

I ordered a fence screen faux last October I have sent 2 emails asking where my product is they said when I get a tracking number they would send me a SMS telling me when it is due to arrive,its now nearing the end of January still waiting.This company is a joke and scammers but it seems we don't have the law on our side so please don't buy from this company.

NANALIKEY - FALSE ADVERTISING 1 star as I can't pick none. Awful product. Bought a light up reindeer and sleigh for outside and what came was disgusting. Doesn't stand or light up and about 6inches high with no lights. Should be banned for fraud. Email is returning saying non existent so can't even get a refund. Furious I fell for buying from this nanalikey site.

If I could I would have given no stars! I ordered this item in November for Christmas. A door wreath at a cost of $30 plus $9 Postage. It arrived on the 16 January and I could hardly believe my eyes when I opened the package. The wreath I thought I’d ordered was shown and described as a normal size Christmas wreath to put on a front door, in reality this is only 8 x 8 inches. Absolutely ridiculous. The company is a total waste of time.

On December 3, 2020 I ordered 4 Schitt’s creek shirts, on January 8th, 2021 I received only 1 out of the 4 shirts. They sent me two Buffalo shirts and some freda shirt that looks drunk with the typos. I contacted them offering me 5% back and then 7% back claiming I have to ship it at my own expense and If it gets lost in mail I won’t get refunded. I contacted my bank and they refuse to start a dispute with my credit card because it’s the scammers policy I guess to say ship it at our expense which isn’t worth it. So they get away with it.

Don’t order from this company.

As per the rest of the reviews a total con. Received eventually a pair of ray bans not what I ordered. Currently on around 40th email with them and they are offering 43% refund which I expect from other reviews I would not get even if I was to agree. DO not order

I never typically order from companies on social media for this reason but thought the items and the company looked great.
I ordered items for Christmas on December 8, 2020 including paying for expedited shipping. On December 21st, still had not received my items, contacted them and was told there was a "glitch" in their system and that I would be notified when my items were shipped.
Now exactly a month later, no notification of items shipping, no merchandise and 6 emails to customer service later, no resolution Do not order from this company.
Wished I would have read everyone's reviews prior to ordering.

I wish I had read this feedback before I placed my order 🙈 I am now fighting with them to get my money back as I write this, this company is bombarding Facebook with these fantastic deals, under different companies I see also but same pictures and same prices,
I received cheap fake copies of what I ordered. 9 emails later still cannot understand plain English no idea what am saying either that they are plain stupid. And not accepting my complaint now on to my Credit Card to get my money back for me never buy from them I am trying to report them on Facebook also.

Dishonest people who sell poor quality items. Bad experience and you will never get your money back. Absolutely to be avoided !!

What a joke of a “company”. I ordered a Broncos hoodie and was sent a Bears hoodie. When contacting the company, they offered a 5% refund and told me to keep it. I told them this wasn’t acceptable and I wanted to return their mistake and wanted a refund. I was told my item was out of stock and I would have to pay to return the item. I was also told that most returns are “lost” in the mail and that would be on me so I’d get no refund. I’m beyond mad at how this company is handling business. They screwed up and expect me to pay to fix their mistake. What a joke.
