I would not give a star because they are scam. Don't ever think of placing an order

The only reason why I gave it one star is because they do not allow to give it zero. I bought the gozabra animal from them - paid over $62 and did not receive it. Also, they will not answer my emails. A class action is in order for this company!

WARNING DO NOT order from this company, it was shown as a toy shop, tried ordering a climbing frame for my toddlers, recieved a pair of sunglasses, managed to get an email to them, they asked for pictures and tracking which I sent.
They told me to choose something else, didnt bother because of the trouble I'd already had, emails stopped getting answered now cant even get on the site.....nearly £100 down the drain and no Christmas climbing frame for my babies........

Zero stars!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not buy from this company. I have been emailing them back and forth for two weeks trying to get a return mailing address to return the horrible pants I received which looked nothing like the pictures posted. I provided them numerous times with all the information provided and still to no avail they have yet to provide mailing address. They offered me a $5.00 gift card for my $88.00 purchase. Seriously!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I bought glasses from these guys in 2018, small rectangular lenses. They weren't too bad. So recently I bought a pair with the biggest lenses they had. They are so bad I will just throw them in the garbage. Swiss post charged me 28 francs so, no sense in trying to get my money back. It's a monitory loss any way you look at it. Both pairs were progressive.

I bought a pair of boots from cutious.com. they do not fit. not to mention the cheap materials used. they refuse to give me an address to return them. i have been dealing with "Ace" for over 6 weeks now to return the boots for a refund. I will leave a bad review wherever i can about this company.

Bought an amazing toy car. (At least, the pictures looked great) Received a cheap ordinary car worth maybe $ 3. Incl shipping I paid $22
First 10% discount, 20% discount, up to 40%. I can keep the toy (which I do not want) or resell it. It came in an envelop so the box is in crumbles.

ZERO STARS! Ordered car tent package. Fake tracking number. They said it arrived in the country and was sitting with postal service here. Now no replies to emails. That has been months now. SCAM

In July 2020 I ordered a Big rainbow 🌈 toy, and as it did not by the 3rd September, I queried it. Was advised that it had been delivered - but not to me. Further research found that it had arrived at my local sorting office in the UK, but was returned to sender due to insufficient address. And I was then blamed for not checking the delivery address. Since then I have been in fairly regular email contact, but have not received a Refund nor a new toy. I have discovered that it trades out of a London address and a company Unit 7-70 Gibson Drive, Markham in Ontario, USA. Tel:- 647-560-5339. Maybe worth a telephone call ?

Giving it one star only because I have to. I wish I had seen these reviews before I bought from this company. BEWARE! Products are of super poor quality. Want to return them but my emails to them go unanswered. Don't waste your money like I did. I'll never order from Facebook ads again...most are from China and they're screwing the American consumer!

Terrible shocking company, products don't look like anything in the photo, they are all too small and the customer service is shocking and they try not to allow you to return it. Avoid them and their terrible products, no matter how cheap they are a waste of money!

the products looked good on there facebook page, but I just received them, with NO packing slip and and return and exchange policy notice, clearing not in english, although its suppose to be. NO return address or telephone listed. Products are shotty and completely ill fitting. Never again!!

I ordered a shark water park for my grandchildren and paid $43 I received a metal ring worth pennies. They said send it back and I did, with tracking. They said they would refund once they had proof of delivery. This I have done and now they don't reply! TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!!

This is a total scam. I ordered a large covered litter tray and received a collapsible food bowl.

I have emailed several times and received no reply.

Do not be tempted to buy from them.

On their website there is a London company called Meledo Company, 107 to 111 Fleet Street, London EC4A 2AB. Does this exist? I doubt it.

I ordered two colour changing LED floor lamps from this sham of a company. I received 2 10” lights that are only good to put over a bathroom mirror, if that! DO NOT TRUST THESE CON ARTISTS

pictures showed birkenstock sandals 'made in Germany' but got cheap imitations. Complete scam. surely paypal and facebook should be onto them .Strange before ordering I looked for reviews but could not see any, i wonder if they regularly change their name?

Run as far as you can from this company! Another China rip off!!!!! Products are garbage, company is a scam, we'll see if PayPal steps up to the plate to protect the consumer. Not so sure at this point. No reading any good reviews on receiving their help. This company says you need to email them for returns but doesn't give you an email address and no physical address either for returns. Scam, scam, scam scam!!!!!

I ordered a $40 children's climbing gym and received a cheap plastic sleeping bag. Customer service was incredibly rude. I was offered a refund for half of my costs and told that this was a good deal for me. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
