SCAM

I was also contacted within a day, on a Sunday via Whatsapp. Then immediately added to a Whatsapp group. Red flags started straight away. I was bombarded with messages for over 5 hours.
I could not the input data unless I added my own funds!
Stay Clear of this scam.

Scammers

The first red flag was reaching out within 1 day via whatsapp. They promised to pay me for the training, and that I'll only have to work 1 or 2 hours per day as a freelancer... All my alarm bells were ringing, so I luckily checked for reviews before signing up for anything, and told them to get lost. What a waste of time!

Highly suspicious

Highly suspicious! Same as others, I found the job advertised on a reputable website. I also encountered a training session via watsaap and all seemed easy - too easy! And when it came to my own account, I had to deposit money into it in order to create more earnings. That didnt make sense to me at all and caused serious red flags! 🚩🚩🚩 They were very persistent I had to deposit money to continue. I told them I couldn't afford it! They asked me to borrow money from a family/friend. It all started to sound very sus! Walk away and dont look back! I recently saw something on TV about fraudulent scam sites, they said one tell-tale is if they take the original name of the company and add a dash or underscore and then another word. This the-pmg.com site has all the hallmarks!

The job was advertised through Glassdoor…

The job was advertised through Glassdoor which is a reputable job search agency. It promised good rates of commission involving digital marketing.
I went through a long training session with a person using Whatsapp...lots of screenshots and putting virtual items in virtual baskets and seeing virtual commission. Then it became apparent that if your 'balance' means you can't put items in the basket in a real situation, you will need to top up your account from you own bank account!! Serious Alarm bells ringing and it starts to feel more and more of a scam - I recommend you avoid it.

Highly suspect and potentially fraudulent. BEWARE.

This is a potential fraudulent copy of the official website of PMG, which is pmg.com. NOT "the-pmg.com". I was offered part-time, flexible employment via "the-flexiworks.com" and then a person on WhatsApp, and a careful Google search flags the-pmg.com as illegitimate, highly suspect and potentially fraudulent. BEWARE.
